I posted this question in the general discussion. However I think I should have posted this here. Not sure Samsung removed the stock spell check form note 3. So my question is how cab I enable this feature. Please don't confuse between spell check and word prediction. Spell check underlines the spelling mistakes.
Thanks

I am interested in adding another language to gollum's diamond keyboard. Specifically farsi (persian). I'm looking for a tutorial on how to build the keyboard. I didn't find anything in the main thread and didn't see any point posting since not many people visit it. If this information is out there then a link would be great.
Thanks
I kind of missed some files that gullum posted on this matter in the 3rd post of his thread, but I don't know how to use them.
Hi guys,
i have found the Yota Center.CAB on a russian website.
Maybe anybody can help me in unpacking the files inside, not the very cab, and to translate it?
I installed it onto my storage card but although the xml-files are english the program runs russian.
Probably it have to be decompiled!
Thanks in advance

Not realy, because this is just a small part of what yota center mean.
Yota center is a frame for a launcher, music and video player, a gps geotagging program and of course a caller and contact skin ... .
But i see the point, that this thread belongs more to the question section, due to i did not developed anything.
Hope you understand what i mean as my english is quite bad....
Thanks
that would be awesome if anyone can give it a start, then i can help a bit.
I think that this wouldb worth developing.
Do you know how to use reshacker? because it may be poible to change the language manually. that's the only way I know how. I'll look into trying to fit this into my schedule.
why dont you upload it here.
Hello friends!
I've been using Firefox Web Browser for a few months now and noticed that it has a built in spell checking plug in feature with support for many languages. I love it, every time I spell something wrongly, it underlines it in RED and I can right click over the underlined word and it'll give me the options in the language that I'm writing. So far I'm using Spanish and English and it works great for me. I see some friends constantly saying "sorry for my bad English", this might be helpful for you guys.
PS: I'm in no way endorsing, recommending, promoting, advertising or receiving anything for this post... I'm just sharing a little info that helps me break the language barrier that most of us have when not writing in our native language.
@ MODS If this post is considered incorrect, please feel free to remove. If on the other hand, you find it helpful to our community and have a way to pass it on, feel free as well. Thanks

Is there anyway to get spell check to work with the hard keyboard?
I have searched and found no answer.
Thanks,

I am also wondering if this would be possible. Don't know if this thread belongs here, applications, or in android development. Is there a way to implement the spellcheck/suggestion of the vtk when using the hardware keyboard? I would see this taking a bit to do however, as from what I am thinking it would take it's own IME to do it. Or would have to be hacked together somehow to do it, which also doesn't seem as likely since HTC is closed source (tho' I do not know about their vtk). I do like the idea of it, even if it may not be that feasible.
Haykuro solved this for us...
Here is a link to his blog that tells you what to do
This will change your VK also, but give you predictive text for the hard keyboard. There is also a thread in the development topic about it.

Its loaded into the rogers rom. Once you double tap the text area the spelling is activated!!
The Rogers rom is perfect for me. I love this phone!!
Has a way to add video calling to atrix?
