im currently running the cm 10.2 rom on my sprint galaxy s 4 and its flawless but when i download one of the cm 11 nightlys through the update system under settings. it will install but then when it finally boots up i can get past the lock screen, then it will freeze and restart. what are some things i should do or look at to fix this.

You should do a clean wipe of factory data/cache/dalvik. Then install cm 11 nightlies with a kk gapps package

So I just got this Tablet yesterday and noticed that PA was available for it. So after installing CWR, I tried installing, but was meet with a black screen. So I downloaded CM 10 and was meet with success. Was I doing something wrong? I think the problem was that I was going from 4.04 to 4.2, but I'm not sure.

I went from 4.0.4 straight to 4.2.x and my tablet booted up fine. I'm not exactly sure what could've caused that "black screen."
Not that it matters, but the current version of PA is running 4.1.2 (not a reason for black screen)
PA has not been updated to 4.2 for our tab yet

Did you wipe all data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache?
Did you have the right gapps?
PA is 4.12 for this tablet. Only current ROM for gtab2 that I have seen 4.2 or over is cm10.1
Try installing it again, double checking to make sure u followed the instructions to a t....
Your prob used to the devise by now I can imagine the first time u just missed a step.... Try redownloading pa as well, couldn't hurt....

im running the latest version of the cm 11 nightlies but every time i try to use the in rom updater under settings it downloads and takes me to recovery but when its installing it. i get an error and then it reboots me right back into the rom. i dont mind flashing the new nightly manually but it would make things easier for me to be able to use the updater. so if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated
I'd like to see a answer on this as well!! I can get it to flash but always bootlooops on me! I've not tried in the last 5 or 6 but it would be much easier and faster!!

Sometimes it'll still flash the update even with the error check the build info after you flash

Recently updated my old Nexus 10/Manta to OmniROM 6.0.1 and I couldn't be happier. I had a fair bit of messing around on the first try until I got the sequence right...full wipe, flash ROM, flash Gapps pico and everything works REALLY well.
However, installing nightly updates is the same for me as the initial flash...I have to do a full wipe or I get the Google Services loop.
Am i doing something wrong is that how nightlies work currently?

After upgrading to the newest 25 May nightly I've got a pop-up that play store has stopped working, so clearly a gapps fail. Checked and saw that there were new gapps (May 25) so I dirty flashed them (without cleaning cache). And then I fell into the loop. I panicked and rolled to the May 22 Nightly to see if there was any change but it was the same, so I hope I didn't mess something up with this stupid move. Anyway, is there a way I can continue using my gapps without full factory wipe and without reinstalling the ROM?

They just tweeted there was an issue with 5/25 nightlies and gapps just reinstall gapps I guess, I don't use CM so that's all I can say.

Okay, thank you! After all the mess I had done though, will I be alright with just installing the new nightly update when it comes out?
After I updated to the newest nightly cm 13 22/7, I cannot search any wifi signal. Anyone has the same problem? And later on, I flashed the snapshot rom, my nexus 6p was bricked. It keeps showing the cm logo without any further action. What can I do?

You didn't flash the latest vendor.img...
Look on the CM page and you will find the link and how to flash.
