Swipe status bar for brightness - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does anybody know how to get this feature on this phone? I used it on my gs2 and really miss this feature. I tried gravity box, which works but when I unlock my phone, it causes the screen to flash on and off for a second or two. I'm running stock with some exposed modules running and aviate launcher(which I love) Maybe a Rom has this feature?

any devs out there that know how or are maybe interested in a way... I would be willing to donate for something like that and I am sure others would too....
MikFroyo 4.4 has it if you flash the rotary lockscreen mod. I'm using it right now. He adds an app to set up patterns or gestures, then you can disable the slide lock, and have an only gesture lockscreen.

I assume that is not something I can flash over my CM rom? Let me know if that is not the case, but thanks, this is on the right track.

[Q] Batt% Available on Home Screen?

Instead of the picture of the battery, can we have a percentage? Thanks.
You can either install an app like power toggles that will add percentage to your left side notification area:

If you want to actually replace the battery icon you will need to root your phone and install xposed framework and gravity box. It has a bunch of different options for the battery icon.

I thought in 4.3 or 4.4 it was a standard option?
Some ROMS like touch wiz on Samsung's come with that feature preloaded
This little apk works great for my MotoX without root.

[Q] Disabling the Google Now Swipe

Hey guys. Running the stock 4.4 ROM on the d800, and Im wondering if there is a way to disable the Google Now swipe up gesture. I have installed the compatible Xposed that was floating around briefly, and while some mods didnt work, hiding the Navbar through G2 Xposed did. This allowed me to go back to using LMT, but the damn gesture is throwing everything off since i keep it on the bottom.
Any mods out there I can try? Tried Google Now Swipe Disabler app, and while it stops the program from launching - the gesture still takes over what i want to be LMT.
Thanks!
Just a heads up.. I got it worked out by using the g2 tweaks module and disabling ring pad. Easier than expected.

KnockOn Compatible ROMs

So I just picked up my new Verizon LG G2 yesterday and already looking to root and flash a new ROM. I have noticed that you lose the KnockOn/Off feature when you change the stock launcher and even the lock screen, so what I'm looking to find out (like the title states), are there any ROMs that support KnockOn/Off? Searched through a few different ROMs and couldn't find specifics. Really don't want to lose that feature.
Knock on always will work. It's like a default I've noticed. Knock off ours where it gets tricky. You can use Apex launcher and customize the double tap gesture and download an app in the market for screen off and program that to the double tap gesture. That's what i use on custom Roms.

How to hide navbar buttons for fullscreen/landscape?

It's annoying that lots of times the navbar buttons come up when using fullscreen/landscape apps.
I know that CloudyG3 had an option to hide the softkeys for individual apps, but I want to stay on rooted stock, because CloudyG3 is way to slow.
I also tried the app GMD auto hide and it was very annoying.
Any solution?

I installed Xposed G2, after someone recommended it to me to hide the navbar in apps. I had already the G2 Tweaksbox installed, anyway I tried to make sure there are no conflicts.
The result was that the LED keeps blinking constantly from green to blue and when vibration comes, the phone gets stuck for 5 seconds and then vibrates a little.
I tried already wiping cache, dalvik, uninstalling and deactivating the xposed modules. Didn't help.
Any solutions?
I have used xposed gravitybox fullscreen mode sucefully on stock d805, ot has a convenient power menu option to turn on and off.
Abou.t CloudyG3 2.2 maybe you should give it a go, I just flashed yesterday and can assure you its faster and more battery friendly. I wasnt sure about it before, but I am glad now. My benchmarks went up as did battery life.
Just Autorec, backup everything with usb otg and go for it!
