No new camera app in 4.3?

Im wondering why the GE 4.3 camera wasn't meantion at the google live event. Maybe its not coming?

halo notification app help

hello I'm using the halo notification app that would have the floating notification but on my phone it doesn't do that it only has the app in my notifications. I'm running 4.2.2 pac rom can someone help me.

Simple ans upgrade to latest PA 3.97 or 4.3 PAC ROM and you don't even need to install such third party apps for this feature.

how do I do that? and do you have a link to the 4.3 pac rom? or the pa 3.97

I know I'm being dumb but what do I do because I flashed the stuff but there was no gapps and when I tried to make a phone call I didn't hear anything but the call was being made. :'( save me
