Samsung Galaxy S4 SHV-E330S (Korean) stuck at "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue"

Samsung Galaxy S4 SHV-E330S (Korean) stuck at "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue"
Its been a while since I saw this phone, but I remember trying to root this Korean S4 with various methods and failing to do so. It can currently only boot to the "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again" but in Korean.
All the information I have about this phone is on that screen. It reads:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SHV-E330S
CURRENT BINARY: Custom
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
RP SWREV: S1, T1, R1, A3, P0
SECURE DOWNLOAD: ENABLE
UDC START
Any info or suggestions about this problem is welcomed as I don't want to spend $500 plus on a new phone.
Download and flash the latest stock ROM from sammobile.com using Odin.
The phone can be flash from the error screen.
