"Insufficient storage" after move app to SD

Hi all,
I am using capychimp ROM v2.0 based on Roger Eclair.
I have moved my app to SD card as I only have 60MB internal memory left.
But after I did that, I now cannot upgrade/install most of the app 'cause of "Insufficient storage" error.
I have 512MB ext3 and only move the app folder to SD. I follow the instruction here: http://code.google.com/p/android-roms/wiki/A2SD
Any1 has any ideas abt this
right, after 1 hour of searching I find out that I need to clear cache partition through fastboot, re-flash recovery image then clear dalvik cache also and reboot. Now my cache is 60% full, still a huge amount isn't it #:-S, but thanks God everything seems to be fine now, a bit laggy :-<

[Q]Out of space when installing apps

I just updated to a new build, but when I try installing apps, it says out of space even though I have over 600MB internal and 2GB external. I think I have to delete some system files but am not sure
Installing or recovering thm via Titanium?
Installing with the apk, right after the boot up.
Are the over 600MB internal the free or the total space?
That's the free
Try wiping cache and dalvik cache.

@Keghan
the solutions could be:
unmount and remount the cache and data directory
fix permissions
wipe the cache and the dalvik-cache
clear the data of the playstore

Is it also true that you can remove the odex files for that particular app in /data? I remember seeing something about that in the recent posts for the Epsylon3 ICS Dev thread.
I scanned through the Dev forum and found out that by
Deleting the tombstone folder in Data and
deleting the odex of that file in data/app folder works

Search the forums, its been answered, there is a file in the system you need to delete..
Try sdmaid from market. It deletes tombstones, duplicate files, clears cache, etc.. . It's called sdmaid but mostly works cleaning the internal memory. Is only a couple of bucks for the pro.
It's /data/tombstones that above post referred to. Any root file manager will let you delete the folder contents manually.

Try the AutoKiller app from the android market, I'm using it and it works great. You can set it to free up the memory on custom intervals.
Regards,

Internal memory being occupied by nothing?

I had 100MB used in the internal memory. Then I uninstalled Bloons TD5 from my SD card (It was linked). I tried installing Bloons TD5 with an apk again, but it kept saying "Unable to install BTD5, free up some space". It didn't get installed, but the internal memory became 164MB used. I cleared the cache but still no luck. What happened?

It also happens sometimes with me...
In such case I wipe all cache and dalvik cache and then reboot.......
You can use command su and then sclean in terminal emulator.........
(v6 super charger script )....
