Highly doubt it..
Its supposed to be a budget version of the Moto X.
If you want LTE you'd have to get that or a similar phone.
Anyway US version could arrive before Xmas Punit teased on somebodys google plus.
"I want to get my daughter a moto g for Xmas. Anybody know when a US version will be available to purchase? +Punit Soni "
Punit in comments "Earlier... Way earlier."

The phone does not come with NFC. I guess that is another way to reduce the costs by Motorola.
I would like to know does this availability list mark the availability to buy the phone or it means that it won't work on other networks?
I want to buy this phone on ebay to my in laws and I am in Lithuania.

That pretty much sums it up. In other words, Moto G will be sold officially in countries from that list (for now, as this list might be extended later on) - either retail or through carriers. Retail version should be SIM-free (unlocked to any network), but if you buy from a specific carrier, it might be locked for that particular network. You should be able to unlock it by buying unlock code (for example on ebay). Search this forum for "Cheapest Unlock" thread and you will get the idea. You might also want to ask a seller if a phone is carrier-locked or unlocked, just to be sure.
where is greece? but want i worried? i have one
I'm from brazil and i have my Moto G 2Sim 8Gb ! =D beautfull, fast, gamming (Asphalt 8, Real Racing 3, PvsZ2, Angry Birds Star Wars, Where is my Water 2 all fast and smoth)
There are, generally, two ways to buy Moto G if it is not sold in your country.
It's available on Amazon and Motorola sites with the modest price of $179 and $199 (for 8 and 16 Gb respectively). Motorola site requires American payment card, Amazon accepts everything. However, there are companies (for example, Qwintry), which can perform some actions on your behalf. For example, the item can be shipped to their office, and then they will send it to you for a comparably small fee. Some other companies can even purchase items requiring American payment cards: you pay them via PayPal or any other convenient way, and they use their payment cards to purchase an item and then ship it to you.
I would be using Amazon + Qwintry combination, if it weren't for my colleagues who went on a business trip to the USA this morning and agreed to bring me the phone back.
Just posted it here in case if you didn't know about such services.

Hello, about this 2 sim are they GSM+GSM or GSM+CDMA ??
Hello guys!
This is from techzei.com and a close source to us just confirmed that the Moto X would be launching in India (which means a global launch is imminent!) soon after the launch of the moto g! The source is a google India employee who claims to have seen the phone is person at their office.
it is currently under testing and the source is very close and personally we are 100% sure of the launch!
Expected release time is before the end of the 1st quarter 2013. sadly we wont have access to the moto maker though..
more about it over here

Actually I think they are targetting emergent markets, as it's available in Brazil since launch. Also on Peru and such.
I'd be glad if it launches globally though.

Yes. Moto droid turbo (a) Moto Maxx is a great mobile. A 5.2" QUAD-HD, 3GB RAMmed, Snapdragon 805 device with turbo and wireless charging. Take my money already moto.
Given India is very good market for Moto, What do you people think? Will we get our hands on the beast soon?
Should get it in India by December I guess ?...one of the few phones m on the lookout for ?

Found this on droid-life
The Moto Maxx will go on sale today in Brazil through Motorola’s website. By mid-November, it will arrive in Mexico. Additional Latin American countries will get it shortly after.
Has Moto started rolling out MM to the X Style outside of India and Brazil yet? If not Why?
Nothing in the UK Yet
Nothing in Sweden either, all very silent.

Apparently it's just a soak test, some finger trouble led to it being released a bit wider
According to their Community blog, Vodafone AU is testing MM for the local Style as of 3 December.

Well, what leaked so far for the upcoming Moto X 2016 with the lack of stereo speakers left me quite cold...
There are some Moto X Style (same as the Pure Edition, but for Europe) on sale at expansys.ca for $440 CAN (or $349 US). It's said to be compatible with the major Canadian carriers for LTE and 3G. It's very tempting to upgrade my Idol 3 with this (my Idol is still sold $360 CAN over here)..

[edit] Looks like it's backordered for 3-4 weeks...And now $454 CAN...
Anyone ever used Expansys?
Looks like Expansys-USA provides a 6-month warranty for this Moto X Style, with an additional 12-month that can be purchased for $50 CAN.
Thanks.
