ok seems to finally found the way.go to data>system>netstats and delete anything is in there...Reboot...PROFIT!!!

Requst:Latest stock rom flashable zip

I would be very gratefull if someone make a flashable zip of the latest stock rom.(with the new 19.2 mb update included) as I heard it solves battery issues and mobile data dropouts.Thanks in advance.

I don't have this device but, if you take a look at the following link, you can see that it reflects some hope, for an Official LineageOS being worked on. The following link does reflect the status for this device being worked on.
