My D802 is loop in the TWRP.
I have tried to install the stock rom or to restore the backup system I stored two days ago.
The TWRP shows that the install is successful or the restoration is successful.
But when I see the folder 'system' by the "File Manager", it only have a folder "bin" and it has no other data , I think it is very strange.
Can somebody help me to solve this problem?
Thanks.

Yes, I have restored it.
it says restore complete.
But I don't know why that I can't restore efs.
I didn't enable MD5 check.
It says No md5 file fonund for efs2.emmc.win
Please unselect Enable MD3 verification to restore.

I downloaded the jboogie's deblur nandroid backup but now the problem is, i don't know how to restore it because when i get to clockword mod recovery, i have "backup and restore option" then i go to "restore" and it just says "File not found". the image files are in \sdcard\goapkrev\backup\2011-02-18.23.25.47
I also made a new directory because some people posted to hve the image files in that directory which is \sdcard\clockwordmod\backup\2011-02-18.23.25.47
But it still says "fill not found" also one thing, i don't have a nandroid option in clockwordmod recovery...only "backup and restore"...what should i do?
Have you solved your problem? I think the directory should be "clockworkmod".

Yup, that did work for me. I had the exact same problem. I didn't get to see the backup to restore.
Here what you should do. Delete the folder (Clockworkmod) in your memory card.
Restart the phone and go into custom recovery - restore/backup. Perform a backup.
Your phone will automatically generate a new folder Clockworkmod. After this you can just paste your jboogie's deblur nandroid backup in this folder and start your restoring the right way.

You sir, have saved my a$$, THANK YOU
I am totally new to flashing. I just backed up my IMEI (created a rfs file using Terminal Emulator and just copied of the efs folder to my sdcard).
My question is that suppose I happen to lose my IMEI on flashing, can I recover it by simply copying the contents of the backed up efs folder to the original folder using root explorer?
yeah, its as simple as that

Thanks but I am not sure how I would do that. I went through the IMEI backup and restore thread. So is this what I have to do?
1. Select the .ops file.
2. In the efs section, add the file and not select the one package option.
3. Connect my phone in download mode
4. Flash
Is this method correct?

Yup thats the way the say it to do.

DO IT AT UR OWN RISK!

Have a look at this Thread also..
Gives the basics of different ways of mounting the efs partion.
Its safe to use the ADB method i guess.
But flashing with efs.tar file should work.
Hello,
I am a bit anxious about my phone. It works well under omega 3.1 but I was checking my saves and I foud that:
1) My EFS folder is empty
2) I have two efs backup files but they seem rather small (35k each) ans they are dated 1970 I am pretty sure they are empty
3) my IMEI is correct when I go into about phone (But does not appear when I dial *#06#
Is there something wrong ?
The Imei seems good but as the efs folder is empty it should not...
Any idea ?

I am not sure how to do it with terminal emulator.
After flashing TWRP recovery and while the phone was brand new I made a full backup of the phone and inside there is a efs backup wich is 35k
Also I made another backup made with twrp recovery and it is 35 k again for the efs.ext4.win
Is that a normal size ?

I did it and it created a 13.62 mb file.
However I dont know if there is something inside as there is no file in efs folder. It may have copied blank data ?

Yes I did it also for the m9kefs partitions and everything is stored in safe place.
Many thanks to you !
My efs (files and folders inside) is 3.xx kb and is correct.
The whole partition of efs is about 13.xx mb.
Even the efs folder has no files in it or have,
the size of the partition remain the same.
Thanks.

And any idea why the efs folder is empty ? Is the efs a hidden partition and the folder just a dumb file or symbolic link ?

what explorer are you using?
download attached file manager, install it. open it, go to the settings of file manager, check "root explorer" (grant permission) and check "mount system folder". now see efs folder.
Im restore to the stock nb1 but wifi is not working. I check into the efs folder and is empty. Fortunately i have a backup of EFS, and when i copy paste the folder, wifi works good. But when i restart the phone, the efs is empty again.
How can i do a permanent "copy/paste" I know that is more complicate than copy paste, but i read a lot of threads and i can´t have a answer
I have 2 backup, the folder copied in the sd and a .zip of the same folder.
More info: 3g, bluetooth, call and sms work.
Thanks
(sorry for my english)

Hi,
You can try with Philz Recovery instead of CWMRecovery.
You can also try to open your backup file on PC to see if there is some files inside
