Is there any ART compatible rom for nexus 7 3g???

Is there a way to Directly install CM 12.x Roms from stock KK?

I know the way to install Roms from KK to LP, but it all involves upgrading to stock rom CM12 & then custom rom...
Is it not possible to directly install custom CM12.x roms from KK without going through the process of installing stock CM12?

Hi.
I want Xposed on Touchwiz. I am currently running lollipop.
At the moment the ROM I have is using ART. I need to change it to dalvik.
Can I acheive this by some tool, to deodex this rom and change my runtime to dalvik? Or do I have to install a new rom which is deodexed? Will I have to reinstall all my apps, etc?
