Doubtful as it would be treated as a standard incoming call on your end. But I'm far from an authority on this. If I'm wrong it would be an awesome feature.

Incoming calls

Is there a way to display the company and title of a contact on an inbound call? I remember one of my old android phones had that ability but I can't find it in the Mt4G.
Thanks

That's why you're having difficulty with call recording apps. You're double rooted. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Come on... you know what I meant..
Yeah I know! I couldn't help but be a smart a$$. No worries.
Sounds like a good idea.
Until we get a working kernel for this mod, you can only record, thus far, through the speakerphone.

Liquid Smooth v2.8 Problems

I have odin'd back to stock amdl and installed liquid smooth then installed the latest toon kernel. I am having issues with phone calls. Sometimes I can hear a dial tone and sometimes I can't but the call still goes through but I cannot hear the caller.
Any ideas?

Well didn't see the help and troubleshooting at the end. If there wasn't a post limit I would have been able to post it in the liquid Rom topic.
Anyways I think I fixed the issue by flashing the latest att modem.

More app support for QuickWindow feature

Loving the QuickWindow feature of this phone, but disappointed by the small number of apps that support it and the limited functionality of it. The Galaxy S4 version allows for complete reading of incoming text messages as well as their dismissal. And also to visibility of who your missed calls are from too I think..
It would be great for Google Play Music to be supported also.
So I guess this is a request for development along those lines... Thanks!
Have you tried understanding XDA forums and learn where to create threads. Wow its getting annoying.

No I haven't. Sorry. I knew there were specific forums for specific purposes, and knew this was not the section to post a question, but thought a development request was fitting. I apologize. Admin, please delete thread as I've already posted it in the General Help Q/A section..

rom recommendations?

i've been using LiquidSmooth for a few months and love it....except for one problem... ASOP doesn't play well with the Sprint network. before that Triforce was my driver
I've been trying to get my APN working on this "Echo" s5 port, but ive never had any luck changing these settings (help me!)
I really love the look/feel/options that come from ASOP roms, but apparently I need to go back to an ugly Touchwiz rom in order to reliably connect to sprint's towers (PRL/Profile updates)
So what do you all recommend in terms of stability and tweak-ability (xposed, etc)
right now im looking at NegaLite and Sac's
+1 for Nega. Super stable and devs his own kernel.

This should be in the Q&A section, but to answer you, both Nega & Sacs are impressive, Nega is more inverted however, I believe you can get the stock theme for it however, Sacs to me has more tweaks from multiple galaxy devices, but thats V6, the recent NG2 is still being updated.
Thank you both for your input. Nega seems good so far so i'll just stick with that until Sac has a chance to update. Parkourkid93, care to elaborate on what Sac used from other Galaxy devices? I'm quite jealous of ultra power save.

Of course you are correct - but they should know that the web view is only a short menu button away whenever signatures unseen are referenced
