Just letting everyone know we finally have an Xposed module that forces immersive mode for all apps. For KitKat only, of course. It has some quirks but for the most part works really well. I'm sure the quirks will be ironed out soon. It's called Immerse Me. Check it out- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=48213070

Hey mates,
So here's my problem:
Whenever I open a game, the screen rotates into portrait mode, so that the buttons are at the top and the ports on the right side.
From time to time it would be better for me to have it in the "other" portrait mode because of my case.
Any chance to realize this?

Seems that not every app forces me to take that side.
Any chance to enable the sensor for every app?

Been trying to do this also, never found a good answer. I believe it is up to each developer how the app deals with screen orientation.
You can force any app to rotate any way you want with Ultimate Rotation Control from the Play store. I used it until I flashed Paranoid Android ROM. It worked perfectly.

Thanks for your answer.
Gonna give it a try.

Hello., my nexus 4 is really fast, however I've noticed that the boot up speed is really slow it takes 1 min 30 to 2 mins and I have checked the nexus 4 boot up time on YouTube and they are in 30 Seconds or so. I'm running stock, rooted and with xposed and I have tried boot manager hasn't really made any difference.

How much apps did you installed on your device? What xposed module did you installed and what other mods are you using apart from xposed?
In my app drawer I have around 157 apps and I have quite a few modules such as gravity box, xblast tools, greenify, have around 10 in total. And I also have viper 4 android and that's about it

Some apps may have the permision to start so that's why you have a slow boot up.
BTW Viper4Android slowed my boot up too so i stoped using it.
So ... Viper4Android and Gravity Box are 99% causing the problems.
Thanks for the reply, I see the reason why but than again these are my most two common mods that I use.

For audio try musicfx or beats and for features try c-rom or pa
I love this phone, but the stock ROM seems to be missing the bits needed for the various App Ops programs to work. I've been running AOSP/AOKP/AICP ROMs for so long now, I totally forgot that the permissions code had been removed.
Is there any way to add the code back, so these apps will work again?
Install xposed and use xprivacy?

I've never used xprivacy, though I've seen many swear by it. I'll install xposed tonight and check it out. Can't wait for a good aftermarket ROM. Haven't seen one yet.... bit I haven't been looking too hard, either.
Appops xposed works great

Thanks for all the replies/advice. I finally got around to installing the xposed framework, as well as a bunch of modules (forgot how great it was). I installed AppOps for xposed, as well as Xprivacy. Xprivacy takes forever to setup, but has a lot more granularity.
Lollipop. The snapdragon 410 cpu. I want to be sure before I flash xposed from twrp. I would also like to hear if there are any major bugs with xposed on the Leon at this point. Thanks.
I'm not sure about flashing Xposed onto the stock rom, but on CM 12.1 I'm having no problems with Xposed. I'm currently running modules such as gravitybox, snapprefs, xgels, lolistat, youtube adaway etc. without any problems.
Been using xposed without issue on my Leon. No complaints. Flash the standard arm version. Using gravity box tweak, YouTube ad away. Haven't tried any others. This is my backup phone so I limited myself to root/recovery/backup/tibackup/debloat. Pretty impressed with this for the $55 I spent on it. Not a bad little device.

Stock ROM. Xposed works fine on CM/AOSP builds but you have to use caution when installing modules that can cause conflicts.

Would you mind listing which modules you have on it?
(I seem to remember that GravityBox LP had a warning that it might not play nice with skinned ROM's so I'm especially curious about that.)
I have YouTube ad away, YouTube background playback, gravitybox, and play store fixes, because I changed the DPI settings.
Gravitybox is for traffic monitor, status bar and recents mods. Not really a whole lot else that works in there.

I like to use GravityBox for lockscreen shortcuts and notification overrides (to make it vibrate for longer so I don't miss messages).
I'm guessing these won't work?
Also has anyone tried the Mobile Radio Active bug fix module? The Leon has the same active radio bug as all the LP devices out there- so a fix would be handy...
I don't have an answer for either of your questions. Try and see what happens. Just know how to disable xposed if a problem occurs.

I know that there are quite a few ways to get Android Pay working while rooted, but do any of them work while Xposed is installed?
Nope. Any system mod breaks Android pay.
Pretty easy choice between Xposed and AP. At least for me. GravityBox, Greenify, Amplify, Secure Settings in Tasker. Need I say more.
