Google Edition SystemUI

Hey guys, Been working on my rom for the S4..
Although I cant seem to get systemUI to recompile.. Has anyone had any success doing so ? If so what are you using ?
EDIT: To clarify, Im attempting to recompile the google edition SystemUI.apk.

Came across the following thread: HERE.
Explains that by deleting both system_bar_settings_view.xml" and "system_bar_notification_panel_title.xml" from the layout folder your able to recompile, then re-adding them back manually to the .apk.

i got it to recompile when i changed the battery icon of m3ddog's 4.2.2 GE ROM. i just did SOP, using apk multitool. it should work

Since we're talking about SystemUI.apk... any way of porting the TouchWiz feature of showing the status bar even in fullscreen?
I know there are apps that display a statusbar, but the problem is that it's just opening an app - you have to "multitask" back after. Samsung's one runs as an overlay and you don't exit the app you're currently in. Try it in Plants vs Zombies or any other app that doesn't support running in the background.

Google Just released the latest camera into play store ?
But sadly it works only with kitkat devices can someone port this ? is it possible ?

its for kitkat my friend..u need to decompile the apk n make some changes..

add multi window to slimkat

from all the roms i tried slimkat is the best for me
the only problem is that it doesnt have multi window
can i add it somehow ?
i didnt find any good app for it in the play store
please help me

I'm looking for the same thing. It would be nice if they added it to the base ROM. Nothing for multi window on xposed works on the ROM I'm using (The stable version 7 slimkat for m919). Any luck?

1) Make a backup[May be needed if something goes wrong]
2) Place the zip in root of you sd card.
3) Boot to recovery.
4) Mount system
5) Install the zip
6)Fix permission
7) Reboot
Do at your own risk. I will be not responsible if anything happened to your phone.
After reboot open build prop and add these lines if not exist
ro.service.swiqi2.supported=true
presist.service.swiqi2.enable=1

i think you can't use it bro? is for cyanogenmod 12 or custom rom based android 5.0 only, i think you must update to android 5.0 or this mod will not work. i guest so

First of all pls don't quote whole OP. Its really annoying. Pls edit ur comment and remove the OP content..
Regarding Bravia Engine no it won't work in CM or AOSP.. Its need sony frameworks things.. We cannot run Bravia Engine, X Reality and Music download Info in CM based roms..

Yes. Its for them. But in OP u can read that " not sure it will work or not ". Comment by the developer. So in my knowledge this things will not support CM or CM based roms..

[REQUEST] Working DSP Manager/XLOUD Engine ZIP/Apk for Stock 2.3

Hi.
This is my first thread out here.
Can someone please provide me the working zip or apk of DSP Manager with XLOUD Engine (not required, if posible u can provide). I am using CD Future 8.2 (based on stock 2.3 rom), and it has a CD Sound Booster which is not working. So please provide the zip/apk of working version. Thank You.

Headset mode. There is no effect. I tried Baass Boost Extreme & Bomb-bass mode (it is on), none of them are working. Even equalizer isnt working. I tried restarting phone many times.
