It should be possible if your phone can do wifi or bluetooth tethering. Have you tried http://www.wmwifirouter.com/
I already try with this one, using trial version, maybe I have to try again!.

If you are running dexters mod 1.4 you have to also use the adhoc fix for your a7 to see the phone. Do a search on adhocfix.zip. then rename it to update.zip put on the root of your micro sd card and install like you would a dexter mod. then it should see it.

Successful installation, perfect rom.
The only problem is I can not connect to my wifi network.
I have a crystal Freebox.
