Knox, why did I do this?
Just installed it, and now don't want it,I don't have root, the reason why I want to get rid of it is I'm sure it will use up something in the background, it's there a way of just having it like I had it before, not installed?I know it's on the phone,
Please help guys.
Thanks

Knox is very simple to remove.
When in the Knox area, tap on the left capacitive 'menu' key, then select KNOX SETTINGS, then select ABOUT KNOX, then select UNINSTALL.

I have this weird recurring problem with the stock keyboard. Every once in a while I'll be sending a text, or browsing the web, or sending an email, and part of the keyboard will change on me. It's not consistent, or at least it doesn't appear to be. below is a picture of the issue.
And yes, not having the enter key can be quite annoying at times.
Anyone also having this random issue? or at least have ideas on how to correct it?

Thx for the suggestion. I'll post if it works or not!
Hangouts and WhatsApp and BBM keyboards change ever so slightly, must be for ease of typing smileys and such. mine is the same
I thought it was something to do with text apps, or apps that took advantage of things like emotes etc... but it was happening while typing in Web browsers, doing searches in youtube, even writing emails.
As per suggestions, I did a cleared the cache/data on the keybaord, but right away I was still having the issue resurface. So I've done a complete reset of phone and not enabled the personal data option. So far it seems fine, but we'll have to see. I actually like the stock keyboard (surprisingly), and would hate to have to install a 3rd party one.
I'm actually surprised I like so much of the stock installed software. Nothing like my original note, when I installed 3rd party apps to replace almost everything.

Thing is I can delete any bloatware through titanium backup but this thing is hidden in some alternate universe. I can find it.

You did look at the description right?
There's a few little apps that are small in kb's installed for various things. Wouldn't really call them bloatware since they're used for different things the phone does - Printing etc also. - I wouldn't worry too much.
I don't see the fascination removing every concievable app from your phone - Just buy a Nokia Asha if you want basic. - Again it's like having a Ferrari and driving at 20MPH incase you go to fast and the engine heats up.

Lol I'm sorry but your comparison doesn't make sense... These apps don't enhance anything. It's just Sammy'S policy of throw a lot of [email protected]*@t at the wall and see what sticks.

Its actually very handy app when combined with Beep'nGo... Second app allows to store all the loyalty cards used in Tesco or Sainsburys. I used to use Stocard but barcodes displayed on a screen weren't read by old laser scanners. This app beams barcode and there is no problem anymore...

There's a lot of useful stuff on it. That a lot of people use. And as I said, it's not as if an app that is a few KB's can do anything bad, or be called bloatware. It's like having Notepad on your Windows PC - I don't use it, doesn't mean others won't find it useful.

I've just moved from the S4 to a Nexus 5 and I really miss the Beep'nGo app. Stocard and all the other apps don't seem to work in Tesco or Sainsbury's. Do you know of another app that works?
hi, does there exists a software, where we can access from a android device to another android-device - like TeamViewer. But TeamViewer is only from PC2PC or Mobile2PC but not from android2android.
It´s my wish for Xmas, so that i can help my wife on her new galaxy note3 :victory:
*cough* teamviewer quick support *cough*

Thanks.
Teamviewer Quick support allows to connect from pc2android. That is great!
But i think, there is no software for adroid available, that connects from android2android - right?
Answer once again: (who would have thought?) Teamviewer
Download "Teamviewer QS v7/v8" on the phone that needs support and the usual "Teamviewer" on the phone of the supporter

Sorry if this is wrong forum, but it only shows here: I'm reading this forum on Win 7 laptop with firefox and I constantly get new page open with message my browser is outdated and I should click "here" to get update. It looks like a virus since my firefox is updated and I get it only here, not other pages or websites. How do I get it fix? I'm not stupid to click on the link, but it gets annoying after few times.
Its an advert which could be a virus.

Thanks, but I already have that, disabled at the moment since some websites don't work correctly. It seems it comes from this particular forum page. Oh well, will need to do some virus scanning later and up security a bit.
