EDIT: Titanium backup messed it up somehow, apk was there, just not working. Managed to fix it by disabling Clock app and enabling it again.
Hello,
for some reason my clock app is missing on 4.4. Installed it from a factory image.
Could anyone please share their clock .apk from kitkat KRT16S?
and if possible also the folder where I should put it at.
Thanks,

Hi,
I'd like to reinstall system clock apk. How to do it? Where should I look for safe "com.sec.android.app.clockpackage" file?
Why? I uninstalled system Clock apk (v 3.0) on my s4. I tried to install Clock apk from s2 (Clock v 1.0). I did it through TitaniumBackup.
Clock v1.0 installation was unsuccesful - TB did hang during the operation... So I tried to restore Clock v 3.0 from my s4. It was partly succesful.
Now I have clock apk which is called "90.0dip" with strange icon.
When I try to restore "com.sec.android.app.clockpackage, version 3.0" from TitaniumBackup again, i'm directed to screen asking "Clock, Install update?". When I click "Install" I get message "Aplication was not installed"... And nothing changes...
Please point me in the right direction.
Many tnx,
Greg

Hi,
Try re-flashing your ROM without wiping anything.
I was hoping to avoid it.
Is there any way to manually install this apk?
Tnx,
Greg

Hi,
Flashing the ROM again will not affect your settings or data.
It simply re-installs the system and replaces the files you seem to be missing.
It is easiest thing to try first.
Hello,
I installed a new rome yesterday http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2748883
But yet, the apps Weather doesn't work, when i click on, it said : The apps need a weather theme on update center.
But on the update center i haven't the weather theme to download.
Anyone can help me? If someone have the apps for flash...
Thanks
Reflash the rom. Seems you did something wrong.
It has to be in the downloads.
Sounds like something has happened to the LGWeatherTheme.apk. Check it is still there in system/app with root explorer.

Hi,
For the second time i did a wipe (cache / dalvik / system /data) and same things.
I check the folder system/app before and now and i haven't the files : LGWeatherTheme.apk
I try to download the stock weather widget on the forum but doesn't work.
if you have another idea....
Thank you !
When you click the weather widget it should offer you a download - 70-80 mb. :/
if it did, I don't come to ask for help.... I'm not completely stupid
When i click on, the update centeris open and nothing, i can't download something.
When i took a LG weather widget stock and i try to install it, it failed.
You don't need the stock weather widget you just need the lgweathertheme.apk/odex and they are not installed they are copied to system/app, given the rw-r--r--(0644) permissions and when you reboot it should be installed
Sent from LG-G2 D800 on AEONFLEX 4.4.2
I did it before i come here but it doesn't work even i put the good permission
I'll change the rom
Thank you
Hi,
The new google camera app lags terribly on the nexus 4. Does anyone know how I can return to the asop camera app? I tried installing the apk but it just crashed. Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks!
Are you rooted? If so, use Titanium Backup, ROM Toolbox, or similar app to covert it to a system app, and see if that solves your crashing problems.
I can't convert it to a system app if it doesn't let me install it. I am rooted and I placed the 4.4 camera apk in my system app folder and corrected the permissions, however, it still does not install.
Anyone have a solution?
Just restart the phone
I accidentally uninstalled the stock clock widget on my G2 while I was removing bloatware. The software I used to uninstall (System app remover) doesnt restore it for some reason. Does anyone have a download link for one? I appreciate the help.
Hi guys! I've just updated my gallery app from a downloaded apk file. I thought that the new version have improved UI, new settings.... But nothing what I expected. Furthermore gallery disappeared from the app drawer. Even if I want to open it from camera, it doesn't. I went to application manager, tried to uninstall updates and phone reboots.
If someone has a solution for this, I'll appreciate!
May be a backup of stock gallery all would help!
Thanks!
