Hello to all. I tried to find the answer yourself, but to no avail, and so I created this post ... I'm from Ukraine and recently became the owner of motorola raser m (Verizon) and rhinestones encountered a problem.
The problem as follows: When the telephone checked I updated OTA update (98.30.1.XT907.Verizon.en.US). After that I started to run down the battery quickly and began popping up an error message from Verizon (in Ukraine there is no such operator). Deducted on our forums that with the latest update is not possible to make a rut and unlock the bootloader, but it is possible to downgrade the firmware from JB to ICS, but the link on the forum is outdated. Here is my question:
please tell me where I can download the firmware ICS for Motorola Droid Razr XT907 from Verizon...
If there are other considerations as possible to try to solve my problem, I will be grateful for your help.

I Am speech-less Lol.
I do not intend to make you the victim of my joke.
Mr. BS is a term meaning that their is no foundation for the assumption that one could unlock any build but ones prior to may 24 '13.
Forgive me for joking around at your expense.

Has the say, there is a petition ongoing for samsung to release the source. I know a thread already exist in Android General section, but as a SGS II user, i dont go often on android section. I believe that a lot of people are like me and won't see the thread. I also believe that this petition might help SGS II user a lot. So, here is the link for the petition :

Question:
Since ICS for SGS2 hasn't been officialy released yet the kernel might be still under development. So what's the point of releasing unfinished kernel sources?
Next question:
In terms of Gingerbread, how long did it take for Samsung to release the sources after the actual kernel was released?
Done!

thank you all !!!! plz add it to the main guide in the general forum
Hi,
I was in UK unbranded 4.12, but after a lot of thought have flashed 10.3.1.A.0.244 using the flashtool. Now I want to root and install custom ROM. I have an unlocked BL.
1. Is this the correct link to root my device? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2386405
2. If so, can I install this firmware http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2351803 or this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2208249 ?
I understand from reading from the guides that rooting will void the warranty, but after rooting and installing custom rom, is it possible to unroot in the future, if needed, to my stock firmware? I know this is a noob question, but have spent hours in this site for the past couple of days and still unclear, that is why these questions. Thanks

If you can't help yourself don't expect others to. You could have the ROM installed by now, but I guess you're still waiting for someone to point out the obvious.

What do you think? Should i even create the source?
Nobody had this guide yet...
I want to help people, not get thanks or make myself Recognized developer or contributer to yell on others.
The devices your currently using is not created by yourself, your using manufacturer is hardware and software.
Anyway, i helped people, i am helping people and i will.
We are born to share.
A country itself can't produce and grow everything, they need other countries help also.
There are plenty of guides explaining the same in a clearer manner.
Using the same kernel for different devices doesn't sound safe to me.
"Passing regards to the maker" is not in the spirit of XDA, don't troll for thanks while just stealing someone elses work.
