Hello guys i have a samsung galaxy s4 i9505 i ve rooted it , and installed clockworkmod and cyanogenmod but yesturday i was updating cyanogenmod and when i was to reboot the phone didnt boot only showed "Samsung Galaxy s4 " and stayed like that, i tried to delete dalvik cache, full wipe... and install a google edition rom, but it didnt boot again (i did try several times doing these with different roms and it didnt work), i downloaded my official Vodafone stock rom and try to flash it with odin, it started but it gave me an error (Write Operation failed), then i tried to boot up in recovery mode and it said to me (Firmware upgrade encountered an issue.please select recovery mode in kies and try again) so i did it and it didnt detect me the device. (So I think what happened is that upgrading cyanogenmod it gave me an error and enabled the write protection, so then i tried to install official and it started and erased my custom recovery but then it gave me an error because i CANT flash an official rom because the Write Protection is enabled) PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I WILL APPRICIATED VERY VERY VERY MUCH THANKS
I'm having similar issues with my phone... See my post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2465670

Hi to all fellow XDA-ers,
I'm a newbie on Samsung devices and I flashed a custom rom without knowing the consequences. Thus, my wifi was not working. Then I decided to restore my nandroid backup to the rooted version only that I have backed up before flashing the custom rom. Then, I got this boot loop issue. I'm tried downloading the un-modded firmware for XXUBMI7 on the Samsung Updates site and going to download mode and flashing it through Odin, but the boot loop issue is still there. I'd really appreciate someone/everyone who would help me on this. Thanks in Advance! :fingers-crossed:
Hi all, im really hoping someone can help, and that what ive done is reversible.
After rooting I tried installing the alliance rom (lollipop) on my n610f, i got a boot loop so restored the backup rom using CWM without any problems, i read on the alliance rom page that id need a different bootloader and modem, i got what i thought were the correct one and put them on using odin, did a wipe and tried again, same bootloop. Except this time when i restore the backup rom i still have the same boot loop.
If anyone has a fix for this id be eternally grateful.
Fixed it by flashing N910FXXU1B OB4 [Lollipop 5.0.1] bootloader and modem
What did you flash? Modem or bootloader..? I think the best solution is, flash stock firmware via odin, then try again.
Hi All,
First my LG D802 were great on Lollipop but after recent repair and it put back stock Kitkat the phone no longer boot into recovery nor fastboot but can boot into download mode. The phone boots fine etc but mobile network is disabled. I tried to install a custom recovery but fails with cannot write permissions denied. I can root the phone and thats all it will do. I have however used the latest KDZ for the mobile and that has not made a difference.
Anyone shed some light on this?
Thanks in advance,
Jayson
Hey there!
So it seem like I bricked a friends A510F
Wifi, bluetooth, mobile data all weren't working properly and there were some minor difficulties with performance so we decided to install AOSP...
All her data is secured so I seached for a good ROM and tried to install TWRP from here. Installing via Odin sadly failed so now I have device without Android, only OdinMode is working, but all attempts to install either twrp for a custom ROM or Samsung original firmware failed...
Any clues what I'm doing wrong? Haven't done a Samsung device so far...
All suggestions welcome
yanness
Download repair firmware from xda and flash it through odin.it will probably work!

What happens when the phone is turned on? Does it get stuck in boot logo and stays like that? Try flashing stock bootloader. Also give details on which firmware u were on. What error do u get in odin?
Hello Sirs,
Please, can anybody help me? It is very weird what is happening!
After to go and download the original firmware in Sammobile, I used odin to install a stock rom! Odin is OK (process completed) but when it is trying to start, the logo samsung is blocked (bootloader). I have tried to modify the hidden.img to hidden.img.tar and I have use Odin but nothing looks like to work. Can anybody help me?
Thanks so much in advance!
Additional info: The device has not been rooted, etc.
hey i use a galaxy a510F currently and evertime i get FRP locked, software deleted, broken rom or twrp, my final solution is to odin flash a PERFECTLY WORKING STOCK ROM (which i had to try downloading from 3 or 4 different sites) and then i'd flash twrp ( official ) and restore one of by backups if needed. last time i had to flash because i hot frp locked tring out a new rom. i flashed over a stock rom and i got my phone working surprisingly without even losing my apps.
file i used is:" INS-A510FXXU8CSF1-20190710103917.zip"
pm me if u need a link (its in my drive)
