The Wakelock thread

Just thought I'd start a thread for people to post and diagnosis their wakelocks. I have a *backup* wakelock on a completely stock sgs3. Here's a screen shot. Any help? Can't for the life of me figure it out. Android system use is at 20% on the stock battery app.

uncheck the backup box in settings. See if that helps.

I wasn't spending 50m in Google play today.. Is this the Google music sync bug? I don't use that either ...

Auto update apps turned on? Did you try to update apps with poor data coverage. Looks like something with an app update hung.

Probably a memory leak or wake lock somewhere... just reboot the phone, it be really odd if it ever did it again. Remember this cpu is producing errors left and right, there is an entire section of the phone built entirely for correcting these errors. Sometimes it doesn't work.

[Q] Is my battery bad?

I'm seeing people get 5hrs of screen on time with 4.3, how is this possible? I'm on stock 4.3 and only hit about 3:30!

It depends on a lot of things. Like, using wifi a lot, or listening to music (i see you have soundcloud). Or having custom kernels.
I managed to get 5hrs of screen time with CM 10.2 and Matrix kernel.

Apollo On KitKat

Hi guys I have upgraded to kitkat and currently running cm11 nightlys. I have been using play music since I got my nexus but thinking of switching over to the apollo music player. Just one thing, does apollo have the same lockscreen widget as play music? Thanks.
