I really wanted to get it.

I wouldn't hold my breath. It will always take time for exynos-device to get a good stock android rom.

He ported it already... There's only a few bugs that need to be fixed before releasing it.

Those were pretty major bugs, and cross-chip winzip ports ALWAYS fail to go much further than "boots to lockscreen".

I like how they're doing that. As soon as you see a progress for exynos-device, they bash it for nothing.
@entropy even if there's some major bug, who care? It's going in the right direction. So when CM is released, it's always perfect with no bug?

The irony is that the supposed "pure" rom we have on the i9505 is not even pure google but a debloated TW ROM. So why do people even fight?

Agreed. Sammy effed that one up. Seems the 4.3 leak doesn't have any TW elements, though.

Not ignoring them, but if no one does anything, we won't get it at all. Now someone is willing to work on it, fix bug ti help the 9500 community.
If no one word do that, the rom won't appear magically like you seem to think.
CM aren't working on it, fine but let other do something for the 9500.

I read some information on the site that we SamMobile update to version 5.0 on the next event in the google IO 2014

Seems kind of strange that they are using a registered trademark......something doesn't seem right there.

May I say, Kitkat is a highly tasteful confectionery.

Also makes for a better logo.

lol... at the rate it's going I think they'll just keep "jumping" until it gets to 5, then give up on the s3

well, there's no 5.0 & klp yet but still 4.4 named kitkat..
the good news is the main goal to make it available for everybody, even with 512 ram & single core...
i think seeder will be merged.. =D

They're not official until they are formally announced.
They are currently stress tests/debugging of the build servers, nothing more.

Yeah I don't think a g3 will be out until fall. Wouldn't they wait at least close to a year for a successor? the g2 came in September I don't think they'd release a new one after only 6 months that wouldn't give it much time to sell since people would overlook it and want the g3. But I don't know much about it that's just my opinion

I appreciate the input but this was a question I was asking, not a comment.
I was wondering about the validity of the post and whether or not their stock 4.4 could be used on a D803 once modified.
Just because someone once told you the same thing about your question doesn't mean it's the same for every other question.

Who knows maybe there will be one. But the official one should be here soon anyways so a leak this late won't really matter. Isn't the update coming in February?

CM Crespo kernel sources have been updated in order to work with Android 5.0.
Bad thing is that CM-12 atm does not build from source
