Guys need help my friend's s4 had been soak on sqimming pool water for about 30 sec and he put it 8n a rice bag for half a day then he pu it under the sun and when it booted this happend:

SO I was basically being an idiot and accidentally stripped the screw inside my Nexus 4 when trying to replace the battery. Any tips? I've tried the rubber band method and super glue method to no avail.
PLEASE HELP!

A bit of background is the LCD cracked so I replaced the screen and now when turning on it (exactly like this nexus 5 pic)

I have tried swapping the motherboard with that of another Nexus 4 and everything works fine. Is the motherboard just dead or is there any way to fix it?
