I use apex launcher and use a jellybean apex theme to change up the icons.
I've tried that, didn't say it but I'm looking for a kit Kat theme/icon pack haha

There is a kit kat theme for apex.
Here you go. $1.50 but could be worth it. I haven't tried it.
You could download Nova and I'm sure there are kit kit themes on the play store and around here on xda

Hey what's up bro? That's @camblue one of his inverted apps.
This is what I've been able to do with Nova Launcher and Wanam xposed module. Its pretty close to KitKat UI theme, albeit TW layout. Haven't had a chance yet to do any actual theming with SystemUI.apk for "Settings" icons and such, nor any other apks...dialer, contacts, messaging etc.
App icons are an icon pack of my personal choice.. So that's not really KitKat related, but the rest of the UI has a 4.4 'feel' to me, at least.
Here's how you can get "OK Google" to work plus the Google launcher. http://phandroid.com/2013/11/14/how-to-install-google-experience-launcher-with-ok-google-command/

Any idea how to get these icons smaller? Honestly can't deal with them that big

You CAN do that but simply not with the stock locksreen. On Custom ROMs it is more like a basic change in lockscreen.
You can use a Locker app as WidgetLocker or LockBot etc.etc.
Solution
On stock ROM you can but you just need to be rooted and xposed framework to be installed on your device! Try xbalst tools which is an amazing module available for download for free in the xposed framework and there are a number of options available in xlocky option in Xblast tools!
Xposed gravitybox module offers this.

Welcome to XDA! Best way and stay stock is to use an alternate launcher...search Play for Nova and Apex Launchers.

I can't get the lg world app to work on the At&t variant of the G2. The only reason I want it is to download theme icons. Any ideas or work around? My model number seems to be the issue because I know of it works on the int'l version

If you are rooted you can install Unicon from Play Store and then you'll have access to hundreds icon packs made for most popular launchers (Apex, Nova...). It works for stock LG Home launcher as well.

This is Nox icon pack. Btw, I've installed custom recovery as well. Not sure if it's necessary for Unicon to work properly. Hopefully someone will chime in with answer.

Please disregard my posts. Funny me. I thought that LG Smartworld is a theme. LOL
Good luck with your agenda.

Thanks for the replies. I haven't rooted because I'm. I'm not set on LG yet.

You can use Desktop VisualizeR to change your icons to any packs you want. No rooting required...download in the play store along with any packs you want. Super easy.

Now if only we can get it working with the third party ones. I miss my scrolling dock lol.
Did I see a Samsung commercial showing the S4 with Multiwindow feature?
That seems strange, isn't that available only after rooting?

*Facepalm* nope if you look in your toggles you will see that theres one for multiwindow

Actually I just now remember the difference. If you root and install the X pose framework......doesn't that allow more programs to be able to use the Multiwindow?
