Since your phone come with MJ7 installed out of the box, meaning to say your phone comes with a new bootloader which will trip the knox counter to 0x1 if you ever try to root your Note 3.

f*cking new bootloader
first , hi to all !!
I just ask is their any method to reset the knox from 0x1 to 0x0? or we will wait more?
my SGS4 i9505's bootloader status is 0x1 , and the phone has problems (Hardware Problems)
so I can't go to the fix center to fix it , and the 0x1 happened because I rooted the i9505 with an old method
if you can help me , I will be happy
and by the way!
I know the resetting the knox is very hard and it has ambiguous technology
but any way , I am thanking all of you helped or not , thank you

Hi..
At this moment there's no method to reset the knox counter.. But why don't you try to give your phone to the service center ? I read about a lot of people gave their knox 0x1 phones to the service center and got it repaired for free of charge and no extra word about anything like knox.. And don't forget to see this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2447832
someone came to me looking for help but im not so sure what to do. The persona has a galaxy s4 i1337m in the compilation muamdj, , but when i put the cellphone in download mode says, knox warrany void 0x1 knox kernel lock 0x0 write protection enabled, im not sure if i can flash the 4.2.2 firmware, becase that information makes me think cellphone was in 4.3 and somehow somebody manage to downgrade to 4.2.2. Looking gor info thx for ur attention
Hi guys,
I got my s4 i9505 2 weeks ago.
After booting I updated to Android 4.4.2. After I did that I did some research on how to root my device and was shocked about what I found out. I understand that there no chance of rooting the phone without flipping Knox tag (thus void warranty). I understand that there is a way (saferoot) if you have a pre 4.4.2 rom which I don't have any more. I read in the Knox Q&A that there is a method called root de la vega which does not flip the Knox tag. But if I understand the thread right you have to flash a rom and that will flip the Knox tag. I am lost here.
Further more I read that Samsung sometimes refuses to repair even hardware damages if the tag is flipped to void warranty.* I paid so much money that I really do not want to take that risk.
I could not find answers to the following questions. Maybe u guys can help me:
Is it true there is no known way to root a s4 with android 4.4.2 without flipping knox voiding warranty?
Is there no way to go back to a previous rom and use saferoot without voiding warranty?
Are developers working on a solution or will I have to decide to void warranty if I want to have root?
What does the Knox 0x0.sh in root de la vega method do ?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks guys !
There is no way the S4 to rooting without the Knox Counter to increase.
There is also no way to get back on Android 4.3 back.
To my knowledge there has not yet made no developer Knox to crack.
But your device i9505 support triangleaway so you can clear your flash counter but for i9500 it doesn't support yet.

Towelroot seems to be an option.
I managed to root my device Knox 0x0 !! Can you guys comment on that ?

yeah, I used towelroot and no knox was triggered !! amazing!
rooting 4.4.2
If you are on stock rom you can downgrade your kernel via odin and use towelroot to root without tripping knox. Then flash back the correct kernel for your room. Knox 0x0 but device status will be custom.
hi i flashed a custom firmware on my n900 and as i like stock more i flashed a official stock lollipop fiirmware again everything works fine but when i click knox it say unable to set up knox and closed and in odin mode binary is official and knox warranty viod is 1 ..... someone help me out to sort this problem please and use knox as it were before fully working thanks in advance
