Best build so far for NOTE 3 N9005? battery wise. - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey there,
Coming from Note2 I'm little disappointed from the battery on the note3 n9005, I'm still on build N9005XXUBMJ1, and I was wondering if I should upgrade the build to gain some more battery time, what would you say is the best build so far ? (battery wise)
Thanks!!
Roi

I'm running UDMJ7 and average about 30 hours on the battery atm, well until I turned on location services and it milked it fast. I turned them back off and it seems fine again.

Are you able to compare it to MJ1?

Afraid not, last one I had before MJ7 was MJ6, which was a nightmare for me.

anybody has some opinion on what is the best build so far for battery consumption ? I'm still on stock N9005XXUBMJ1 (bought in Malaysia), but I'm thinking to upgrade to N9005XXUDMJ7.
What do you think?
Thanks1

I am using MJ7 (Malaysia Model). Just remember to turn off location service for Google. Then reboot into recovery and clear the cache.
Cheers!

Honestly. The version I was on didnt have much problems at all. So I cant tell much. I just thought bumping it up to the newer load would be good.
But I cant see the diff. buddy.

If your flashing from stock clear data/factory reset and clear cache that should work.
What exactly does this have to do with rooting?

Yep don't forget and if your going from one ROM to another you don't need to wipe data (most of the time) example from cm 10.1 to aokp unless the dev otherwise state you should

S4 has no sound and video

After a rom change on my s4 my wifi had stopped working. So after I odined it back to stock firmware, all media sources stopped working. None of the speakers work, mic, no video playback or recording, no music. Whenever I try to play music the phone lags like no tomorrow and same with video playback. Phone also has some process stopped working popup that comes up randomly. Need help asap!!!
Please post a log/pic of the failing process so it'll be easier to pinpoint your problem.

This thread will end up being closed, but this works great!
I used it on my Sprint Note 3, and basically rooted as easy as can be. There is a small error with reboot scripts right now that should be fixed in an update later today, but it doesnt interfere with the rooting process

Well i took the plunge. Took 5 min, did not wipe any data, knox still 0x0 and selinux is still permissive. Worked great!

To all what had been said. Whilst restoring. Or changing ROM's stock vs custom usually, almost always the system partition gets formatted, cleaned so there couldn't be any leftovers anyways. (not in system)
