Which provider? Airtel has LTE dongles available in a few cities but that's a dongle.
Afaik Reliance, Videocon and Aircel have plans and they might eventually roll out these services in the next couple of years but none of it (excluding Videocon) is supported by N7 or any other LTE phone currently available here with the exception of iPhone 5S and 5C because they use different bands.
Videocon on the other hand will use the widespread FD-LTE which the N7 supports, so Videocon is your only option.

Check the bands. LTE in India is TD-LTE not so in Europe and US or rest of the world.

every dongle has a SIM card inside it, n thts wht u need.
go to any service provider's showroom, almost all of them hav tailor made data plans for non-calling tablets.
and the manager at my local "airtel gallery" himself told me that airtel will launch 4g services in whole of maharashtra by jan2014 end.

I should say I was talking about lte as a whole (Volte, csfb..) earlier.
Even then, Airtel and everyone else with the exception of Videocon uses TD-LTE (different freq and band, 2300mhz and 38/40 iirc) which the N7 does not support.

Off topic but I want to ask something.
I want to buy Nexus 7 tablet for my wife and kid daughter (3 years old, she play games). But I am kind of confused right now.
I know there is considerable difference between Nexus 7 2012 and 2013. But there is also huge difference in prices too.
Nexus 7 (2013) 32GB is selling for 24,000 Rs on Play store. And
Nexus 7 (2012) 32GB is selling for 10,800 Rs on Flipkart (with 10% discount).
So I am totally confused among these two. Is 2013 version really that much better to justify that much price difference, more then double.
Can someone suggest. Thanks

^^
You could buy it from Amazon if you want for 16.8k + duty which will come to about 21k i guess.

Flipkart is selling it now for same prices as Google Play. It also comes with warranty of course.
So we might also buy new Nexus 7 32GB at 22k with 10% cashback on Flipkart.
I bought Nexus 7 2012 in Feb and it was nice tablet. We usually watched videos, internet surf and play fruit ninja or angry birds, kind of stuff. Then I gave this tablet to my niece. And I was waiting for new Nexus 7 but release price is kind of steep and since Nexus 7 2012 is available for a lot cheaper, I am not able to decide.
Will buying 2013 version wiser considering we can get 2012 at half price?

I think that depends on how you are going to use it, for lightweight games and multimedia the 2012 one should suffice, but then i've not used one of these so you should probably wait for a reply from someone who has used both.
At 10k it is a steal though!

day 4 - no issues of any kind. also got the KitKat update this morning

I got my 2013 version from the US and I'd strongly suggest people to buy locally. Looks like my device has the tough screen issues and in a certain location, my touches aren't getting registered.

You could try taking it to Asus for international warranty (after trying the fix of course). I don't have touch issues but i have that stain around the Nexus logo on the back unfortunately.

Flipkart now selling 16 GB Nexus 7 2012 for 7,999 Rs only and 32 GB for 11,999 Rs only.
If you want to buy this one then hurry. You might not get better deal in future.
I purchased last weeks for 1000 Rs more.

Hi, I got it from USA with the help of my friend who lives there.
Thanks
A bit more information on purchasing from the USA and supported networks in the UK....
A friend of mine is the chief technical officer of a VERY large mobile operator
I asked him about the HTC One and supported networks.....he went into an insane amount of detail, but here is the summary
Looking at this USA website
http://www0-shopamerica.htc.com/cell-phones/productdetail.htm?prId=41599
It says this
HSPA/WCDMA: 850/1900/2100 MHz
GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
LTE: 700/850/AWS/1900 MHz (US)
HSPA/WCDMA is basically 3G and will work in UK and Europe with those Mhz
GSM/GPRS/EDGE is just old 2G and will work
LTE - this is where we suffer, as Most of Europe including the UK uses 1800 LTE
So basically, if you buy a phone from the USA, you'll get 3G working no problem, but LTE wont work at all because the UK use 1800 and USA HTC ONE doesn't support it.
If you look at the one here
http://www.mobicity.co.uk/htc-one-64gb.html
You'll see it supports LTE 1800, so that will work in the UK with these new super fast speeds
For me, 3G is fine, so i'm going to go for the USA edition and get a friend to bring me one (when black is available)
But for others the 4G/LTE speeds are a deal breaker
He also said the phone should support HSPA+ as its such a new high end device.
But he said he would have to double check it first (but was pretty confident)
HTC One 4G LTE 64GB ... how much ??
I face the very same problem
I want the developer edition too - I'm just waiting for someone to courier it back from the US for me
Its not worth getting the HTC One 64GB from MobiCity at that price - its actually gone down to £670 now as they must not be moving any of the units
if they knock off another £50-£100 I'd consider it.
The problem in the UK is they just turn a dollar sign $ into a £ sign
HTC One 4G LTE 64GB = £671.99
HTC One Dev Edition 64GB = $649.99
and LTE is only available one network here so it wont be beneficial to me till the end of the year

I think the black is cool though but knowing me ...and the fact that I wont use a case. It would hurt my feeling to scratch the black colored aluminium and see the metal coming through
I actually dont think they do a 64gb black dev edition
although I just realised that MobileCity
are pricing the two colours differently
so they actually havent dropped the price at all
I brought it in ringgit malaysia RM2559.00.
I dont know what the currency in uk.

Moto G now available direct from Motorola, shipping Dec. 2

Global and U.S. versions selling for $179-199 SIM-free
A little earlier than expected, Motorola's entry-level Moto G is now available to purchase directly from the manufacturer's U.S.-based website. The 4.5-inch Android 4.3 handset is available for $179 (8GB) or $199 (16GB) SIM-free, with U.S. and global-optimized versions of both available. (Moto's site says both devices can roam globally, but the U.S. version is optimized for American networks, and vice-versa for the global model.) In the U.S. you'll be able to use the Moto G on T-Mobile or AT&T HSPA+, but there's no CDMA or 4G LTE support.
The Moto G is one of the most impressive budget handsets to pass across our desks this year. It sports a Moto X-like polycarbonate exterior, a 720p LCD display and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU. On the software side it's near-stock Android 4.3 Jelly Bean running the show, with a few Moto software tweaks.
Here's a snippet from our recent review of the Moto G:
"Depending on your perspective, the Moto G can be seen as a ridiculously cheap phone considering its quality, or a ridiculously good phone for its price. Either way, it’s a lesson to other manufacturers in how to make a good, cheap Android phone. The screen is the best you’ll find on a budget handset, the CPU, while by no means high-end, strikes a great balance of performance and energy efficiency, allowing the built-in battery to drive the device through a fully day of use with ease."
Moto G orders placed today on Motorola.com should start shipping from Dec. 2.

So it looks like the version with AWS 3G has *no* Europe/Asia 3G bands at all. Both support AT&T 3G.
I really hope this means the Moto G will become more readily available in the countries Motorola initially stated they would release the phone, as availability is rather poor here in Western Europe (only the 8GB model is available in only Germany and the UK).
I'm very glad for Americans interested in this phone, but I'm a bit annoyed by how Motorola is handling (or not handling, really) the release of the Moto G.

How do you know (or just guessing?) it'll be friday/monday? My status on amazon.de is " Versand wird vorbereitet" since 25/11/2013 morning and "Voraussichtliches Lieferdatum: Derzeit liegt uns noch kein Datum vor. Wir benachrichtigen Sie per E-Mail, sobald uns das voraussichtliche Lieferdatum bekannt ist" - which means shipment is being processed but the date of shipment is still not known.
I bought it via amazon.es, but the moto g with the tag [importacion]. In the same page of amazon.es my transactions tells me the date. Unfortunately I don't know about amazon.de . If amazon in your country had the [impotation] tag you could give it a try!

LTE Model "Later this year"

According to Google, the LTE model will not be available until sometime "later this year".
https://sites.google.com/a/pressatgoogle.com/android-10-15/nexus9
Bummer!
I am also sad that it doesn't include wireless charging. I guess will be holding onto my Nexus 7 for a little while longer.
Oh, this upsets me I have a 2013 Nexus 7 with mobile data right now. Was considering the update.
When i heard that O2 and Three (both mobile providers) were going to be among the first shops in the UK to start selling it I assumed it would be a LTE/4g/3g version.
Overall I am happy with my 2013 Nexus 7, but the Nexus 9 seems to have a more premium look to it. 4:3 aspect ratio should be better for reading to.
What SIM size does the LTE version use? Micro? Mini? I don't see it in the spec.
Hmm... should I get N9 LTE for $599 or Shield Tablet LTE for $399? I use Parallel Access with my iPad and 10" is a bliss, but too big to carry and use while commuting.
On Amazon £469
I've pre-ordered a 4g Nexus 9 from Amazon UK for £469 where it states delivery will be 3 November.
I have seen other press reports stating that the 4g version will not be available until later this year and hopefully this is incorrect!

Black only.
Sand for example will be available only as a 32gb variant (no 16gb at all).
Sadly I was looking for the sand or white LTE version and now will go for the 32gb sand when it becomes available.
I was sorely tempted to get the LTE/4G version given that Three do a very nice 10gig data contract for £15 a month, but given the hold up that the 4G version had with 4.4.4, I am disinclined to go that route. It sounds daft but part of why I go Nexus is because they get updates right away. The only other route would be a customs ROM but then there is the issus with some apps not working due to "security" etc etc.
If anyone has info to the contrary I will gladly spring for a 4G version mind.
Dammit, how come Amazon US doesn't have the LTE version for pre-order?!

Question. Can I change the APN and use ATT? I have unlimited data for iPad and it would be sweet justice to use it on NeXus 9. Wondering about SIM size as well.
I'd bet it's a nano-SIM. You could cut that older AT&T SIM and then use an adapter to swap it back and forth. Not sure about APN or compatibility, though?
So you've been paying AT&T all this time, $30/month for that unlimited plan on your iPad? Wow. I got sick of paying it just to keep the grandfathered status. I sold mine a few years ago to a very eager buyer for $750, and never looked back. I did get $40 from the class action settlement though. Damn bait-and-switchers... AT&T sucks.
Man... Google need to get their crap together when it comes to announcing new product AND having it available. Apple announced iPhone 6, 6+ and new iPads and they are all available to purchase very soon afterwards. Why can't Google just do the same: announce the new products, THEN have ALL models available within a week.
Oh wait... considering they FORGOT to get the FCC certification for the Nexus Player after announcing it... LMFAO

What does it mean by the "T-Mobile version"? I thought all Nexus devices are the same, regardless of the carrier:
- No crapware
- Not locked
I did place the order. So if it turns out to have both of the above, especially the locked version, I can always cancel.

Can I use the USA version in the UK?

Hi guys. I think I have my heart set on the 6P (over the 5X). I can get my hands on one from the States but I live in the UK. Will I have any usability issues at all? I did see a thread that listed the connectivity channels and the USA version has less channels on LTE and UMTS than the rest of the world version; will this affect me using it in the UK?
Is there anything else I should be aware of when getting a phone from the USA but living in and using it only in the UK?
Thanks.
Pretty much the only issue is the reduced signal you'll get in the UK, since some of the bands and frequencies that UK carriers use (especially 4G bands like band 20, which is what Three use). This will prevent you from getting signal in places and give you reduced data speeds where the band that the carrier is using is unavailable on your phone. It's best to check what carrier you'll be using the 6P with in the UK, and go to GSMArena to check which one's you won't have.
I'd still recommend buying one from the UK though. The price here isn't far off the price in the US including tax.

I'm with Three but can't find specifics on what channels/bands they use. Also so the $499 price tag for the 32GB is not including tax? How much is tax? $499 in real money is only £325, a saving of £124 compared to the UK price of £449.
Thanks.

I'm also with Three, and here I found out that Three use bands 3 and 20. Band 3 (1800MHz) is supported on the North American version, but not band 20 whereas both are supported on the Global model. It's also worth noting that Band 20 will be used for VoLTE on the Three network (800MHz, band 20). Also, 3G/HSDPA/HSPA+ are supported in both versions of the Nexus 6P, so if you stay on Three you'll get full 3G coverage from whichever you choose.
Tax depends on the state you're buying it from - I've seen screenshots of Google Play orders with tax being $80 or so., but it could rise or fall in your case. It'll still be cheaper over in the US, but the question is whether you'll be willing to pay the difference for full support of European bands.
Keep in mind warranty support may also be only local - I'm not sure about the specifics of this, but you might have to phone Huawei or Google to ask if their warranty is global. Another thing to expect is that where you choose to buy it will likely affect resale value in the future, depending on where you sell it.
I just ended up buying the phone from the Google Store here in the UK, though I considered using a shipping service.

Where can I buy the LTE version online?

Hi,
I need to replace my Samsung Note 8.0 and I'm looking for a high performance 8 inch tablet with SIM capabilities. Samsung did not release a Tab S3 8 inches and also the 10 inch version with LTE is still not out. Nvidia also dropped the K1 with LTE. So I was searching for the HUAWEI M3 LTE but I also cannot find it online!?!
Any help? I need it shipped to the US
Thanks!
I bought mine from a seller on Ebay. There are several listed over there right now. Be forewarned that you won't get LTE speed in the U.S. on any carrier that I can find. The LTE version just doesn't have the proper bands for U.S. carriers. I generally see 3G and some HSPA + on Tmobile in the Chicago area. The upside is that 5ghz wifi is enabled on the LTE version since it isn't meant to be sold in the U.S. I do wonder if I'd have any warranty coverage if anything comes up, but so far everything is flawless.
It is available in Europe on Amazon. amazon.it is the cheapest. But I don't know if they can ship it to the US.
I got mine from eBay as well.
