Hi, i have a question is it posible to install Gandalf OC Kernel 2.1.1 on a cm10 + base rom v20D+ v10 baseband?
In Thread says "Do not mess with this if you don't know what you are doing. CM10 ONLY! Please do not request v20 support"
in the part "Please do not request v20 support" it refers stock rom v20 or cm10 + base rom v20?
thanks in andvance and sorry for my bad english
I believe sir, that it means you can't use V20, and no stock rom either. I'm using it on Slimbean rom and it's the best rom I have found.
thanks for clarifying my doubt :good:
Hello, I'm new to these forums and this is my first android phone. Unfortunately for me I got the Canadian version which really lacks a lot of development for my LG G2 variant. I was wondering if anybody could help me with installing Cyanogenmod 10.2 on my D803 Canadian version since it's not supported. Is there anyway I can flash this custom ROM or any ROMs that aren't supported for the Canadian variant? Because maybe I'm just a noob but I can't seem to get the D800 or D802 variants to work with my phone. Please someone help me out, maybe I can get a guide how to install CM 10.2 or custom ROMs similar to it that don't yet support my variant. Thanks.

I managed to get 10.2 working on my d803. I'm not 100% sure, but almost, that used this kernel, by Houston:
EDIT: turns out I can't post link... search for Houston's kernels (Paranoid Android 4.4.2 beta thread) and use the d803 AOSP kernel.
and the stable d802 release of CM 10.2.
Used TWRP 2.6.2.2 I believe. I'm now using 2.6.2.4 to restore when I switch to my LG UI backup, no issues.

Hi guys I have an LG D802, so I was wondering if I flashed a kernel that previously worked on jellybean onto kitkat will it work without any issues? From what i hear a kernel is phone/hardware specific and not android version specific. I would like your opinions on this before I do anything. Thanks
