[Q] folder Mount - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello friends,
I recently found out that folder mount enables us to mount obb files of large games like fifa 14 , asphalt 8 etc etc
I have the following queies
1) My ext sd card too has a folder /Android/obb
Whats the point of this folder?
2) Now my obb folder in internel sd is about 3.5 GB. If i wish to mount it to ExtSD how much free space do i need there?
3) Does the app MOVE odd folder to ExtSD or does something else?
4) In case i wish to play asphalt, will the obb files related to asphalt need to be reshifted to IntSD temporarily.
What i mean by this, is that even if obb folder is mounted and IntSD is absolutely full, will playing games be possible or no due to lack of space?
Thanks

How to move the games folder from internal memory to SD card

Is this a simple cut and paste procedure or would this cause any problem on my exec if I cut the games folder (Bubble Breaker & Solitaire) and paste it to my SD card?

Click to collapse
App to sd card feature only moves game apk and data will remain in internal memory only
Incase u are rooted u can use folder mount that can move data to sd card
.

Apps on sd cards

Hello everyone!!! I have a question!!! I would like to ask you something. Can i transfer a whole app to my sd card???
No.
i can.
@ter4bite: Apps need to be installed to /data/app before they will function. The additional files some apps need to function will be found on internal storage, with many of them offering an option to move the additional files to the MicroSD. For example, Farsight Studios' Pinball Arcade has the main app of about 30MB. When installed and run for the first time, the app will download additional data that is stored on the internal storage. Further, each pinball machine has its own table file that is also downloaded to internal storage. While it is possible to move Pinball Arcade's additional data and table files to the MicroSD, the main app itself MUST remain in /data/app for the app to function.
So, unless you have modified the partition layout of the S4 so /data/app is located on the MicroSD card, your statement that you can install apps to SD cards is patently false.

Data games

Is there any way to move data games or obb files to sd card ?
