Hi!
So everything crashed after i tried this Ubuntu Touch, I go back to PA and I don't have radio and imei in Settings now (it's showing .84 in fastboot mode). No signal at all. So i tried to flash stock via fastboot, but it says that something about 'unknown partition'.
'adb devices
fastboot reboot-bootloader
flash radio-mako-m9615a-cefwmazm-2.0.1700.84.img'
and there is this error about uknown partition 'cannot determine image file'. I don't know what to do, cause I really need my phone's signal ...
Thanks for any help, and don't flash this Ubuntu Touch ...

I can't copy the zip of stock rom to the sd card. So yeah, partitions are ****ed up.

Issue solved by using the following commands in fastboot via this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34552123&postcount=1, For anyone who has a similiar problem do the following.
1) Make sure your computer recognizes your device by typing: fastboot devices
2) Unlock your bootloader (if you have not already done so): fastboot oem unlock
3) You will see a prompt on your device. This will wipe your entire device (including the /sdcard folder). Accept. Note: you use the volume keys to change the option and the power button to accept. You cannot use the touch screen.
4) Reboot by typing: fastboot reboot-bootloader
5) Flash the bootloader: fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-mako-makoz10o.img (or whatever the name of the bootloader image that you downloaded).
6) Reboot: fastboot reboot-bootloader
7) Flash the radio: fastboot flash radio radio-mako-m9615a-cefwmazm-2.0.1700.48.img (or whatever the name is of the radio image that you downloaded).
8) Reboot: fastboot reboot-bootloader
9) Flash the system partition: fastboot flash system system.img

Boot your device into fastboot mode and then you can manually flash back to stock.

Hello All
I've rooted and installed TWRP recovery. And accidently wiped all partitions (system, data, caches...). Currently no OS installed.
Tried installing Cyanogen mods and also default ROMs via TWRP but getting error saying
====
Unknown command "screenshot"
E: Unable to mount /spare
====
Also tried flashing default ROMs...same error . No luck.
Tried wiping all partitions again.
connected to my linux lap
Device is connected and listed while running command "lsusb". (USB data connection working)
But not detecting under adb devices also not shown under fastboot mode. (So no luck to flash via PC).
All forums saying "check usb debugging" to show under adb devices. How can I ..if there is no ROM
Also TWRP is restarting after some time.

I checked on Manjaro and my phone is present under fastboot. Try reinstall drivers or use other PC to connect by fastboot.
so sad for both of you guys i've already encountered this before try this any of these.
- use adb sideload via TWRP using stock firmware UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.22.40.54-user.zip
- if you have a back up restore it, then boot to fastboot and flash the fastboot, boot and recovery of this firmware UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.22.40.54-user.zip then boot to recovery and side again using this firmware.
- try this link if it's work http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/hard-bricked-zenfone-unbrick-method-to-t3131911
sorry guys i forgot how i managed to solve this i will update this thread. just always remember use always this firmware UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.22.40.54-user.zip and back your current rom even if it's stock or custom this is most important. if you can access bootloader just do the flashing fastboot, boot and recovery this would be easy if you can access bootloader.
Hello.
Basically I accidentally wiped my system in twrp and then i encountered some errors while trying to flash a new ROM.
Now I can't access the bootloader anymore, and I can't recover with the "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" anymore. The flash goes through fine, but when I try to boot into the bootloader i get the error "dtb not found". I've tried with different recovery.img's but none of them have worked. I have no idea what to do, please help me!
Tty downloading "first aid ' into your computer.,connect your phone through fast boot and run the batch file. It worked for me like a charm.

That gets me into TWRP, but I can't press anything inside TWRP, the touch doesn't work and when trying to flash a newer version of TWRP, I get the error "dtb not found" again.

I've been installing ROMs for a couple years, back to my LG G3 but this is the first major hiccup I've run into.
So I was trying to install This ROM. For some reason it never got through the initial boot sequence and then wouldn't boot past TWRP.
Now I had taken a backup before doing the wipe/flash but even that won't boot. Sometimes TWRP will read "no OS installed" or it will get to the boot screen for OOS (The red circle with the white dots going around it)
I'm kind of at a loss here because my backups won't boot and neither will the ROM I have downloaded. They all will just get to the boot screen.
Any help is much appreciated. Also going to post on XDA.
EDIT: Now it's when trying to boot to recovery it is booting into a ONEPLUS screen which I have not seen before. It isn't going to TWRP any longer. It has the oneplus logo and what looks like stars near the top.
Here are my options from there:
Install from internal storage
Install from ADB
Wipe data and cache
Advanced
Exit

Stock Recovery Screen. Put your phone in fastboot mode, download latest bluspark twrp and flash it with fastboot flash recovery filename. After that you can boot to twrp again. Download the last official release and put the ROM on your phone and then install it.

Thanks. I actually tried doing this but for some reason when I try to flash blu spark via fastboot it's not seeming to like it. I can do the regular twrp but not blu spark. Is this the right file location?
I tried flashing twrp and sideloading a couple different ROMS but they all get stuck in the boot animation, strange huh?
I did notice that when I am in fastboot name it says the following:
PRODUCT_NAME - QC_REFERENCE_PHONE
VARIANT - MSM UFS
BOOTLOADER VERSION -
BASEBAND VERSION
SERIAL NUMBER - (MY SERIAL)
SECURE BOOT - yes
DEVICE STATE - unlocked
Should the bootloader version and baseband version be empty like that? I'm at a loss right now and don't know what to do at this point.
Edit: Found this link where someone has the same deal, empty bootloader so that's reassuring

Rename recovery, like 3.2.1.8.61. The name it's too long.
In FastBoot mode type, or copy/paste:
fastboot flash recovery 3.2.1.8.61.img
Why such a complicated name? Just name it recovery.img
Is your phone encrypted or decrypted?
ROMs only work on one or the other and will result in a bootloop if flashed on the wrong encryption status.
Man started supporting encrypted devices, though I don't know if the one you mentioned, or the ones you've tried, do support that.
Hello and thanks for inteterest to help. (My phone Redmi 2 Prime)
So to the point, i have my phone installed custom ROM. And today when i try to reset factory, it stuck in the MI Logo (Show and then turned off). So i forgot to flashing the twrp again last time, so i left it without any recovery. The only way is repairing it with Fastboot and installing TWRP. So i start installing all driver and flashing. But, when i want to flash twrp to my phone, it keep showing me this
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
flashing 'recovery.img'
FAILED (Data Transfer Failure(unknown error)
DONE! 5.8 sec
But it doesnt installing any recovery. I have installing MiFlash driver. Is there any driver that i should install again? Or anything that i can do? Also my PC doesnt read my phone storage at all, it doesnt show in the explorer, but can read "my phone" and my phone model. And I'm using USB 2.0. I also have try USB 3.0 but it doesnt work too.
Any help would be appreciated. Sorry for the long post, eh?
Try to temporarily boot into recovery by this command
"fastboot boot recovery.img"
(If it boots to recovery then you can flash any zip)

Thank you for replying
So i've try it, but why its stuck at 'downloading boot.img' for 2 hours?
Can i download the boot.img manually? If yes, what should i download?
Can you share a photo of error.
Or you can try miflash to flash stock rom. Then you try to flash twrp. I suspect there would be something wrong with your recovery partition.(i also had similar problem while flashing different roms.)
Ok, so when i flash stock rom on miflash, at average 70%, it show me "fastboot.exe has stopped working" and show me error 0x80004005('Error flash system.img')
Why, godness? Is it because my laptop is only having 2GB Ram?
Or is there any ways to flash TWRP with fastboot without UBL?
