This file put my phone in dead-brick mode. I updated with this single file, put it in PDA into ODIN using the default options, and then the phone never came to life. Even, I don't have access to the download mode for ODIN (Black Screen).
I was using Gingerbread and I was trying to put in stock mode for sending it to phone company for a problem with the internal modem. Now I have paperweight.
Este archivo puso mi equipo en dead-brick mode. Actualice con este archivo, lo coloqué en pda y utilicé las opciones por defecto en el odin. Incluso no puedo entrar al modo download para el ODIN. (Pantalla Negra)
Estaba usando Gingerbread e intente colocarlo con la rom oficial para enviarlo a la compañía de telefonía por un problema con el modem interno. Ahora tengo un pisapapeles.
Remove the battery/put it back/try donwload mode(hold for 6sec even if the screen is black)/open odin/connect the galaxy and see if odin find it if it does try flashing the phone again

Amigo a mi me sucedio lo mismo utilice el odin y no marque re-partition mi cel luego de reiniciar no daba ninguna señal de vida. COLOQUE PAPEL ALUMINIO ENTRE LA BATERIA Y EL TELEFONO POR UNOS SEGUNDOS, LO INTENTE ENCENDER AL MOMENTO RETIRE LA BATERIA ESPERE UNOS SEGUNDOS SE LA VOLVI A COLOCAR Y RESUCITO MI SAMSUNG GALAXY S I9000T DE MOVISTAR VENEZUELA.
That happened to me the same problem, the first time I thought it was my team, but after a second attempt the phone is just absolutely dead, take the equipment twice a guarantee ... basically was without phone for 1 month and was very hard ... I hate that I have a panic ROM ... killed 2 times my phone and put at risk my warranty ... If I were any of you ever could test install this ROM ...

a mi me ocurrio el mismo problema, la primera vez yo pense que era mi equipo, pero luego de un segundo intento el telefono igual queda ABSOLUTAMENTE MUERTO, lleve el equipo dos veces a garantia... basicamente estaba sin telefono por 1 mes y fue muy duro... odio esa ROM le tengo un panico... mato 2 veces mi telefono y puso en riesgo mi garantia... si yo fuera alguno de ustedes, jamas probaria instalar esta ROM...

Amigo sera que puede especificar a que se refiere con flashear?? Es que algunos podemos poner peor el telefono. Sera que es como cuando se intala el ICS o a que se refiere??? y por el odin como se instalaria?? o es solo por el recovery por la opcion Instal zip. porfa responda a que se refiere

Odin es para instalar Roms fabrica, como este, en odin si es un solo archivo se pone en pda, de ser tres como: pda/modem/csc o code/phone/csc van de esta forma:
pda/code = pda
modem/phone = phone
csc = csc
el recovery es para flashear roms customizados como cm7 o cm9, espero te ayude esto

Men, pero la otra duda es, cuando se va a meter por el pda en el odin, hay que llenar las 3 casillas del odin; re-partition, auto-reboot y F.reset time?? o cual solo se va a rellenar?? y lo instalo teniendo ya instalado el 2.1 en el galaxy o lo hago con el gingerbreed instalado en el telefono? hay unos chamos en el foro que los dejo en brick mode.. por eso pregunto antes de hacerlo y estar bien claro en el aspecto.
Si es uno lo pones en pda y no tocas nada mas, si son tres como puse anteriormente y lo puedes flashear desde cualquier vercion, solo verifica no tener un lagfix activado si es un rom customizado el que estas usando ahora

Entonses no es la ayuda si no el archivo, yo e flasheado mi cel mas de 20veces y ni un solo brikeo mi cel es un I9000T corriendo JVU 2.3.6 del I9000 y sin problemas, verificaste antes si entra en modo download????

Amigo eso fue el archivo que estaba malo porque yo me he cansado tambien de flasearlo unas 20 veces y nunca me habia pasado eso. ahora la pantalla negra y no entra al modo download por ninguna causa y me dicen que con un jigs tampoco entra cuando esta full negra la pantalla. lo envie a movistar por la garantia a ver que dicen.. no les dije q lo habia actualizado ni nada..

Yo puedo confirmar que este archivo esta dañado o incorrecto. Hasta hoy 5 personas me han traido sus equipos, luego de usar este paquete, para resucitarlos via JTAG.
OK, I downloaded this file some time ago, flashed it to mi sgst and it got bricked, I took it to movistar and played the dumb blonde saying that it didn't wanted to turn on and since the phone was still on warranty the fixed it (by replacing the logical board) then when I got it back I updated it to jvp (i think, for sure it was a 2.3.4 gb rom) and I realized that my headphones didn't work, so I tried something else, I opened the file movivzla2.2.1-ROM.tar.7z (winrar) and extracted the file movivzla2.2.1-ROM.tar.md5, then I opened that one too (just renamed it to movivzla2.2.1-ROM.tar and used IZarc (sort of winrar)) removed the boot.bin file, saved it and then flashed it... this time it did work, after flashing it I took it again to movistar and told them that the headphones weren't working, so the fixed it again ( by replacing the logical board again!!) and they didn't notice anything. after that I've flashed it 3 times with the file that doesn't have the boot.bin without any problems.

Al parecer los de Google se han olvidado de los usuarios que tenemos un terminal i9020a, quizá la actualización la tengamos pronto por OTA, pero para los que no podemos esperar existe una forma de tener ICS en nuestro dispositivo.
Antes de iniciar debemos de tener los siguientes archivos.
a) nexussrootnew.zip: Para poder cambiar las opciones de "booteo" de nuestro nexus.

c) 4.0.3 OTA.zip: La actualización OTA de ICS para i9020t.

d) UCKE1-GRJ22-radio-nexuss-unsigned.zip: Para cambiar el "radio" de Android y poder acceder a las bandas de AT&T.

Iniciamos con el proceso.
NOTA:
- Para navegar dentro de las opciones de "booteo" se utilizan los botones de volumen y para seleccionar algo se realiza con el botón de encendido.
- Se necesita la mayor carga de batería posible para que no se nos apague a la mitad del proceso.
- El proceso no dura mas de 10 minutos
Paso 0: Respaldo
- Hacemos un respaldo de todos nuestros datos (Esto queda a criterio personal).
- Conectamos el teléfono en modo almacenamiento USB y copiamos dentro de la raíz los archivos 2.3.6 Official I9020T Build.zip, 4.0.3 OTA.zipy UCKE1-GRJ22-radio-nexuss-unsigned.zip.
- Apagamos el teléfono
Tenemos todo listo para empezar
Paso 1: Desbloquear el teléfono
- Encendemos el teléfono en modo bootloader (Presionando Volume Up, manteniéndolo precionado y luego presionar Power)
- Descomprimimos nexussrootnew.zip en C:\
- Abrimos una ventana de comandos en C:\nexussrootnew
- Conectamos el Nexus S a la computadora mediante USB
- Escribimos "fastboot oem unlock" y [Enter].
- Aparecerá en la pantalla "Unlock bootloader", seleccionamos "Yes" con los botones de volumen y presionamos el botón de encendido para seleccionar.
- En la ventana de comandos escribimos "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" y [Enter].
El teléfono ya está desbloqueado
Paso 2: Instalar Gingerbread
- Entramos a la opción de Recovery.
- Seleccionamos la opción wipe data/factory reset y esperamos a que se ejecute.
- Ejecutamos también wipe cache partition y esperamos.
- Entramos a install zip from sdcard, después a choose zip from sdcard, seleccionamos 2.3.6 Official I9020T Build.zip y la instalamos con Yes (esto dura un par de minutos)
- Después con la opción power off apagamos el teléfono.
- Encendemos el teléfono, esperamos a que cargue, cuando no esté pidiendo la configuración de idioma esperamos a que tenga señal y lo apagamos.
Tenemos un Nexus S con Gingerbread de T-Mobile
Paso 3: Actualizar a ICS
- Encendemos el teléfono en modo bootloader (Presionando Volume Up, manteniéndolo precionado y luego presionar Power)
- Entramos a la opción de Recovery
- Aparece un Android con un símbolo de exclamación (no, no hemos hecho nada mal) presionamos el botón de encendido y presionamos una vez el botón de Volume Up, con ello entramos al recovery original.
- Entramos a apply update from /sdcard, seleccionamos el archivo 4.0.3 OTA.zip y lo instalamos (Esto toma unos minutos, no pierdan la paciencia.)
- Después con la opción reboot system now apagamos el teléfono.
- El teléfono se reiniciará, esperamos a que cargue, cuando nos esté pidiendo la configuración de idioma esperamos a que tenga señal y lo apagamos.
Tenemos un Nexus S con ICS de T-Mobile
Paso 4: Cambiar el radio a AT&T
Realizamos algunos procedimientos que hicimos en el paso 1:
- Encendemos el teléfono en modo bootloader (Presionando Volume Up, manteniéndolo precionado y luego presionar Power)
- Abrimos una ventana de comandos en C:\nexussrootnew
- Conectamos el Nexus S a la computadora mediante USB
- En la ventana de comandos escribimos "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" y [Enter].
Después algunos procedimientos similar al paso 2:
- Entramos a la opción de Recovery.
- Entramos a install zip from sdcard, después a choose zip from sdcard, seleccionamos UCKE1-GRJ22-radio-nexuss-unsigned.zip y la instalamos con Yes.
- Después con la opción power off apagamos el teléfono.
- Encendemos el teléfono, esperamos a que cargue, cuando no esté pidiendo la configuración de idioma esperamos a que tenga señal.
Y listo! Tenemos un Nexus S i9020a con ICS

Para instalar este firmware, se debe hacer con la aplicación Odin3 v1.7, en la opción PDA (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=428348&d=1288241246).
Al finalizar la instalación, la tablet se reiniciará. En caso contrario, reiniciarla manualmente. Se debe esperar a que inicie el sistema. Demora alrededor de 2 minutos, y escucharás la voz de una mujer hablando en inglés indicando el estatus de la instalación. No apagues la tableta hasta que termine de arrancar.
Luego de instalar el firmware, se puede rootear con DooMLoRD's Easy Rooting Toolkit [v4.0](zergRush Exploit)

Nunca vi el mensaje al que te referís, por lo que entiendo que no es normal.
No entiendo a que archivo te referís como el segundo.
El archivo del firmware es uno solo (GalaxyTab-P1000L-Firmware-2.3.6-HumberOS.tar). Por las dudas aclaro que no tenes que abrirlo.

Bueno, ya hice kilombo! Habian pasado 30 minutos de estar en FACTORYFS y desconecte la tablet!!! por ende... MURIO!
Ahora me baje el PIT de una pagina peruana (perumoviles.net/comunidad/index.php?topic=1228.0) para poder bootear y luego utilizo el PDA que me diste tu, pero nuevamente se mantiene en FACTORYFS.
Tenes alguna recomendación?

Por favor, subí una foto de como queda la tablet, a ver si me puedo dar cuenta cual es el problema.
Con respecto al DooMLoRD's Easy Rooting Toolkit, es un script que se ejecuta desde Windows. No se sube como parte del firmware.
Adjunto imagen
La imagen la subi con el telefono (esta al reves!). Nunca me habia a parecido esos iconos. Cuando apreto APAGAR + VOL- (download) aparece la misma imagen, pero el ODIN me lo reconoce.
Colocando el PIT de la pagina peruana me apararece esta información en el ODIN:

Ok, si mal no recuerdo esa imagen significa que la tablet no está entendiendo lo que tiene como firmware.
Pregunta: estas seguro que el archivo del firmware bajó completo de fileserve.com?
Por las dudas aclaro que el archivo del firmware ya contiene un PIT dentro, por lo que no deberías necesitar uno externo.
Bien, muy buena pregunta. El archivo que baje de Fileserver pesa 447 MB. Es correcto?
Lo tenes an algun otro servidor o FTP para bajar.

En principio parece el tamaño correcto. De todas maneras te propongo que intentes bajarlo nuevamente. Si usaste algún Download Manager, evitalo.
En este momento el único lugar donde está disponible es en Fileserve.
Si queres que lo suba a algún otro lugar, decime donde y esta noche no tendría problema en intentarlo.
Mientras tanto, además de bajar nuevamente el archivo, si queres subí una imagen de como configurás el ODIN, a ver si se me ocurre alguna otra cosa.

Descarga este pack, instalas Crom service para que primero desbloquees la seguridad de samsung en el bootloader, luego por odin flashea el archivo .tar en AP, siguiente, instalas el super.apk y luego el superuser.apk y listo, para mejor seguridad, reinstalas la version en este caso PA2, espero te sirva

PARA SEGUIR ESTA GUIA ES NECESARIO UN PC CON WINDOWS 7, 8, 8.1 O 10, desconozco si funcione con ordenadores MAC o con sistemas basados en debian o redhead
No soy un experto en el tema del root, sin embargo, soy un entuciasta activo en el tema, hace un mes compre el movil samsung SAMSUNG GALAXY A9 2018 (SM-A920F)
y como todos ustedes, estuve buscando informacion sobre como hacer root en el terminal y como todos ustedes, senti frustrado al no encontrar una respuesta, en fin sin mas preambulo, les comparto el metodo que utilice y que me funciono, como sabemos no hay TWRP recovery para este terminal, asi que yo hice lo siguiente:
(ESTOS PASOS ME FUNCIONARON A MI SIN ERRORES, SIN EMBARGO, NO ME HAGO RESPONSABLE POR LADRILLOS Y/O TERMINALES QUE DEJEN DE FUNCIONAR)
PASOS A SEGUIR ( ES NECESARIO USAR PC)
1.- DESCARGAR LA ULTIMA ACTUALIZACION DEL FIRMWARE (4 o 5 archivos, .zip o .rar es completamente igual, ya lo hice con ambas)
2.- DESCARGAR LA ULTIMA VERSION DE ODIN (3.14.4) AL DIA DE HOY 24/08/20
3.- INSTALAR EL APK DE MAGISK (SOLO EL APK)
4.- CREAR UNA CARPETA CON EL NOMBRE DE MagiskManager EN LA MEMORIA INTERNA DEL TELEFONO
5.- EN LA APK DE MAGISK IR A AJUSTES Y CAMBIAR LA RUTA DE DESCARGA (POR DEFECTO VIENE DESCARGAS) CAMBIAR A MagiskManager (la carpeta nueva que creamos en la memoria interna del telefono)
6.- ESTE PASO ES CREO YO EL MAS IMPORTANTE, TENEMOS QUE DESCOMPRIMIR EL ARCHIVO DEL FIRMWARE (como lo mencione en el paso 1 no importa si es .rar o .zip), DESPUES DE HABER DESCOMPRIMIDO EL ARCHIVO ABTENDREMOS LOS ARCHIVOS YA CONOCIDOS (BL, AP, CP, CSC Y HOME) DAMOS CLIC CON EL BOTON DERECHO DEL RATON Y SELECIONAMOS ABRIR ARCHIVO (NECESITAMOS TENER INSTALADO 7-ZIP) ABRIENDO EL ARCHIVO VAMOS A EXTRAER EL ARCHIVO A9Y18QLTE_EUR_OPEN.pit LO EXTRAEMOS EN LA MISMA CARPETA DONDE TENEMOS EL RESTO DE ARCHIVOS DEL FIRMWARE (recomiendo que la extraccion del firmware la hagamos en nuestro PC)
7.- AHORA CONECTAMOS NUESTRO TERMINAL AL PC (PREVIAMENTE DEBIMOS HABER ACTIVADO LOS PERMISOS DE DESARROLLADOR EN EL MOVIL Y HABER ACTIVADO LA DEPURACION USB) NOS APARECERA UN AVISO DE CONECCION AL PC, LO ACEPTAMOS Y VAMOS A COPIAR EL ARCHIVO AP EN LA CARPETA DE DESCARGAS DE LA MEMORIA INTERNA DE NUESTRO MOVIL.
8.- ABRIMOS LA APLICACION DE MAGISK DAMOS CLICK EN INSTALAR Y SELECCIONAMOS LA OPCION DE PARCHEAR UN ARCHIVO, DIRIJASE A LACARPETA DE DESCARGAS Y SELECCIONE EL ARCHIVO AP QUE GUARDAMOS PREVIAMENTE (DEMORA UN BUEN RATO, DE 5 A 10 MINUTOS YA QUE ES UN ARCHIVO DE 4 GB) CUANDO TERMINE DE PARCHAR EL ARCHIVO, EN LA CARPETA MagiskManager nos aparecera un archivo llamado magisk_partched.tar COPIAMOS ESE ARCHIVO EN LA MISMA CARPETA DONDE DESCOMPRIMIMOS EL FIRMWARE Y LE CAMBIAMOS EL NOMBRE (EL MISMO QUE EL ARCHIVO AP) NO HABRA PROBLEMAS CON EL NOMBRE SIMILAR YA QUE UN ARCHIVO ES .MD5 Y EL OTRO ES .tar
9.- EJECUTAMOS ODIN (COMO ADMINISTRADOR DANDO CLICK DERECHO Y SELECCIONANDO LA OPCION EJECUTAR COMO ADMINISTRADOR) Y COLOCAMOS CADA ARCHIVO EN SU LUGAR, CON LA DIFERENCIA QUE EN ESTA OCACION EN LA CASILLA AP COLOCAREMOS EL ARCHIVO .tar QUE OBTIMOS AL PARCHEARLO CON MAGISK, LOS DEMAS LOS COLOCAMOS TAL CUAL RECUERDEN EL ARCHIVO HOME, NO ES NECESARIO, PREVIAMENTE ANTES DE HACER ESTE PASO DEBIERON HABER ECHO UNA COPIA DE SEGURIAD CON SU SISTEMA FAVORITO, BIEN, DESPUES DE HABER COLOCADO CADA ARCHIVO EN SU LUGAR CON LA DIFERENCIA QUE EN LUGAR DE UTILIZAR AP.MD5 UTILIZAMOS AP.tar PASAMOS A LA SIGUIENTE OPCION DE ODIN (options) y vamos a marcar las primeras 4 casillas,
Auto Reboot
Nand Erase
Re-Partition
F. Reset Time
SE QUE HABRAN LEIDO EN INFINIDAD DE LUGARES QUE NUNCA MARQUES ESTAS CASILLAS, PERO EN ESTE CASO ES LA ESEPCION
NAND ERASE BORRA LA MEMORIA DEL MOVIL JUNTO CON EL RECOVERY, PERO QUE CREN EN EL ARCHIVO AP.tar HAY UN NUEVO RECOVERY CON ROOT
RE-Partition REPARTICIONA LAS CARPETAS DEL TELEFONO PARA COLOCAR EL NUEVO RECOVERY CON EL ACCESO A ROOT
POR ESO ES COMPLETAMENTE SEGURO MARCAR LAS CASILLAS.
10.- DAMOS CLICK EN LA ULTIMA CASILLA (PIT) Y SELECCIONAMOS EL ARCHIVO A9Y18QLTE_EUR_OPEN.pit QUE PREVIAMENTE HABIAS EXTRAIDO ECHO ESTO, REGRESAMOS A LA PESATAÑA DE LOG Y DAMOS CLICK EN START EL PROCESO DURA APROXIMADAMENTE DE 7 A 10 MINUTOS Y LISTO, TENEMOS ROOT EN NUESTRO MOVIL, TENDREMOS QUE DESCARGAR NUEVAMENTE LA APK DE MAGISK, LA INSTALAMOS LA ABRIMOS Y AL MOMENTO DE ABRIRLA NOS PEDIRA REINICIAR EL MOVIL PARA INSTALAR EL NUEVO ENTORNO.

Amigo una como soluciono el problema del bluetooth ya que lo conecto amis audifonos y no funcina sale el sonido del telefono ?

„For Bluetooth audio to work, go to Phh Treble Settings, go for Samsung features > Set eSCO transport unit > Choose 16.
Back out and go to Misc features > Force disable A2DP offload

My process is...
1.- with ODIN installa a clear installation "SM-A920F_TCE_A920FXXS7CVK4_A920FOWA7CVK1_A920FXXS7CVK3_A920FXXS7CVK4"
2.- Unlock the OEM in the phone
3.- restart in download mode
4.- install "TWRP-3.6.1_9-4-thongass000.zip" with ODIN
5 .- immediately upon Odin completion the flash, start in TWRP,
6.- wipe - Advanced Wipe - and select "Dalivk/ART cache,System,Data,Cache" and swipe to wipe.
7.- in TWRP, go to install and install "thongass000-v4.4.205-stable.zip"
5.- after thge end install "PixelExperience_Plus_arm64-ab-vndklite-12.1-20221118-UNOFFICIAL.zip" sobre "system image"
6 .- instalo "Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt.zip"
7.- rebot.
and have a bootloop in the image "G" gogle pixel.

Lo que yo hice fue eliminar sistema y cache y luego flashe la img de pixel y luego flashe el zip para que la rom no se reinicie sola y ya

okas. deja le intento asi. porque ya llevo muchas veces sin lograrlo.
y que rom instalaste esta misma? hay alguna mejorcita, traera errores?
le jala bin la camara, vi que pusiste que el sonido andaba bajo, lo pudiste arreglar?

mi probado demasiadas gsi y la que mas me funciono fue las de android 11 ya que android 12 ya es muy pesado para juegos y esas cosas
