and scroll up and down.
the whole display will vibrate, as if grumbling. strangest bug i have ever seen.

I can confirm on a completely different device lol. It must be chrome, not device specific.

Lock screen SMS preview

Does anyone know any way to turn this off? Like so many things in Touchwiz it's pretty ugly. If I turn it off in setting for SMS then it still shows up but without the preview.

[Q] Has XDA become unusable through your Chrome on the S4? (Rapid refreshes on scroll

On my S4, the chrome browser constantly refreshes XDA any time I scroll the page or interact with it in any way.
I had to use the app just to post this thread.

The app is better anyway
I don't like the app personally. But that's not really the point. I'll use it for now.
I'd like to know if anyone else is encountering this issue?

Yep, exactly how you describe it. Reason # 5362 why I don't use the phone or the app (I never used the app) to get to this site. I just recently stopped getting warnings from my anti-virus on my PC from this site so I'm trying not to rock the boat too bad.
Tapatalk is good--

Question regarding pressing back button twice in browser.

When I am browsing the web for example a site like reddit. I often find myself having to click the back button twice in a very short amount of time in order to get to the previous page or else it just keeps refreshing the one I'm on.
Do any of you have the same problem or know of a fix?

Mine does the same thing.I think of it as a good thing, how often do u accidentally hit the back button and didn't mean to.

Some sites have code in them that prevents you from leaving by a single click of back. On my desktop PC I have encountered sites that don't let you leave, period.

I have this issue on multiple browsers.

I have a back button on my mouse and of the late have too noticed it does it but mostly on XDA which is getting really annoying

Yeah I find this extremely annoying. I don't accidentally click back enough for this to be a good feature. Not only does it prevent me from going back a page with one click it refreshes the current page I'm on. This creates lag and delay. One thing I miss about having an iPhone. Things seemed work smoother

Its not a feature. I think it has something to do with ads. When I block ads this doesn't happen anymore.

[Q] Question: Can you force the home/back keys to stay on screen at all times?

Question: Can you force the home/back keys to stay on screen at all times? Like say if you go into the camera the buttons disappear. Is there a way to force them to be on all the time?

They don't disappear on mine. However on mine the icons turn into dots sometimes, like in the camera. Not sure why.

Buttons stay or go away based upon the app you are using. Camera...they stay on. Netflix or any other video, they go bye bye. Varies by app I believe

Issue with Chrome scrambling stuff

Does anyone else have this same issue with Chrome? This is weird. If I turn the phone in landscape mode then back to portrait it corrects it. Very annoying...

I had that happen to me too, don't know why. I've been using opera, it is similar to chrome, but I do miss it

This has happened to me as well. Probably has something to do with the latest Chrome updates.

Same here. And another problem - if i read this forum or some other sites (not all), some messages/text is displayed with very tiny text and some are ok.
