You could download the 4.4 factory image from the developer page and look through the apk's for the icons.

Please could someone kindly edit the framework of this theme so it works on the official froyo sense rom by AdamG.
It will be much appreciated.

Once someone willingly has please would you upload it to the same website and message me with the download link.
Thank you.
No one kind enough?
I'm also interested in this... the Minimalistic theme is epic.. and if we could get it running on the official Sense 2.2 Froyo build it will be even more epic!
If I had the knowledge I would do it but i don't...

You've removed all the apps?
The apps have also been customized to suit the theme so I'm going to put the apps into the theme.
I'll put it up in a bit.

Yeh the original file had apps in it which were customized to go with the theme.
They're not there with the file I downloaded from your link.
Please could you put those apps back in.
And then re-upload it.
So is this working?

I didn't flash what he put up at all.
But the original does have a nice black notification bar and all windows have black bars too.
I want all the apps within the theme too, I tried doing it but failed.
Oh come on there has got to be someone on this forum who can do it.

maybe u can decompile another installable apk theme? there is *.png for the statusbar. maybe edit this?
Can anyone tell me how to edit apps? Customize status bar without status bar gripper? To make own theme and status bar?
just need help.
Use the search button before creating a new thread... If you want to learn theming... There are a lot of guides already on xda such as this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=916814, so search for such threads... Just to inform you, it's not an easy process..

Use apk manager to decompile/recompile and sign apps it is pretty easy to use......
After decompiling u can modify the png images in res/drawable-idpi for some modifications.. Then recompile sign it and install in your phone... Now u r good to go
Please press thanx if I am useful to you

Hi. i found an apk to put my systemUI like this.
Color Status Bar download for play store
I found EMUI themes on the internet which changed the design of various third party apps like f.e. WhatsApp. So I know, I could just take the theme, and edit the com.whatsapp file in it, but there are not all design elements of the app included. So my question: How can I find out the name of every design element and file name to change the design of every part of each app?
This is huge process i think
I'd just need the name of the elements for this xml file and the rest of the file structure where the media files for icons are (with their name). How could other people do it then? Isn't there a way to easily find that out? ?
I guess you have to decompile the apps in question and look at their source code for the correct names for elements. Probably a bit time consuming process yes. But that's probably how they all do it.
Thanks, I decompiled WhatsApp.apk and am now trying to understand how this whole thing works... I still don't understand everything especially because of the theme.xml file which obviously only exists in the theme, but not in the decompiled WhatsApp.apk. But I'm going to try to find out everything by try and error

Does anyone know how to edit the chat bubbles in Whatsapp using the EMUI themes? I already tried to enter another color inside the theme.xml:
<color name="bubble_color_outgoing">#ffd29bd7</color>
And I also tried to edit those files (see attachment) inside /res/drawable-hdpi-v4/, /res/drawable-xhdpi-v4/ and /res/drawable-xxhdpi-v4/.
Nothing changed. Is the EMUI theming engine unable to edit those chat bubbles or is there another file that I missed?
