Having a 1080p screen should mean we could fit plenty of notifcations in the notification bar, but they are just so BIG!.
Having apps that require a notification in order to stay loaded means we are left with a tiny area for on-the-fly notifications.

On my phone this leaves about 20% remaining for the other notifcations, which just feels rediculous.
Is there a way of adjusting the size of these?

Hi,
Is there a way to change the SMS notification that appears on your lock screen? I've read some threads on these boards and most of them point to certain apps on the Play Store, my question is... can I get it looking like 4.1.2? Just the SMS icon, nothing else.

The thing I loved about this setup was that the SMS icon looks pretty decent, if you swiped within the SMS icon, it would take you to the SMS itself.
For me, this looks ugly... I hate it. Dragging the box does nothing but show an ugly square on your screen, and to get to the message you have to double tap the message box (which is fine, but it looks so ugly)
my question is
What are you guys using for your lock screen? and secondly, can we get it looking like picture 1?
Many thanks.
Hi!
I'm new with Android Wear. Installed an Android Wear 1.5 rom to Gear S and I have a simple question.
When I receive a notification (like Whatsapp) with screen off I receive a vibration and if I turn screen on then I can see this notification at the bottom of the screen, then I need to swipe from bottom to see this card content. Is there anyway to see this card directly when received? Is there anyway to light on screen with the content of card when received? Like notifications on the phone. I would like to see my whatsapp messages in my watch directly when received without touching it. Is there anyway to configure this setting or any app to do this?
Thank you very much.
Try Feel The Wear
Turn On Watch's Screen (When receive notification)

Or you may try WearShell with Tasker.
I also wish Wear system has an option to turn on screen by itself when notification comes up.
Just updated last night and I found one.
When playing full screen games like clash of clans when you swipe to make the navigation buttons appear, the bar will appear but there are no buttons. They are still there though, just invisible. You can still guess where they are and press to go to home or running apps.
Actually...I was wrong from the 4 buttons I usually have, on some apps, they will only have 2. And they somehow became really small and on top of each other instead of side by side
Clicking the top and bottom part of the navigation still works. If you look at the image the navigation bar is to the right...it's normally 4 icons side by side.

Just to update. I'm not sure what happened but it seemed to have fixed itself. After about 3 days of that weird full screen navigation bar, its now back to normal.
Hello. I just got my P 10 lite, and I noticed that the status/notification bar (that contains the clock, battery, signal icons etc) is changing color matching the color of the application that I'm into. This, in itself, it doesn't bother me that much, but when I open Google Maps it becomes transparent and I can barely read the clock and the other icons, and this is very annoying. Is there a way to make the status bar stay black or some other color? Thank you!

I would suggest to pull down the notification center, I know, it's annoying, but I think there is no solution for this.
In summer, My Essential PH-1 is hot.
So I changed display size and dpi.
Other things were satisfactory,
but height of status bar and notch is different.
The notch is lower than the status bar.
How can I custom notch size?
My phone is Anroid Pie and rooted.

I changed the resolution and dpi.
The status bar adapts to the resolution, but not the notch.
Now that I see the screen shot is cut off.
I just need to use the original resolution.
Thank you.
