Guys, I
can't get my galaxy Note3 to Pair with my bmw.
I was able to get my galaxy s3 to pair without trouble.
What's the difference between the bluetooth implementation on the Note3.
Thanks for any help you can give me

Please, help me
Thanks
Please help me. I can't show the headphones, thanks
Weird, mine works just fine
Odd, it works perfectly for me as well. Best bluetooth headset I've ever owned.
Have you followed the instructions that came with it? Where are you going wrong? Some more information could be helpful.
but my Blackberry 8520 good work with the headphones, the problem is for Samsung Galaxy Tab only.
Please any idea?
Thanks
Mirko
To turn on the headphones you have to really mash down on the on button for 10 seconds. Are you sure its on?
I have same problem with galaxy s. Tried all recent modem bins. Never shows up. I speculate it is because they are both ad2p v3 devices and there is a failure with the newer mode. Works fine with s9-hd though.
Is anyone else having crap bluetooth connection with GS4? Signal is crap in that it easily cuts out, on my Note 2 and S3, they are strong and fantastic. I am using x2 types of bluetooth speakers with similar results.

Hey, looking for some professional help to solve a problem. Here goes.
I have stock S4 (I9505) with 4.3 android, phone is unrooted with warranty.
Baseband I9505xxuemk8
So the problem is that my cars (BMW E46 2003make) factory OEM bluetooth set connects to S4 and keeps droping and reconnecting every 20sec or so... What should I do? Downgrade? Root and have some app to fix it? or any other suggestion is appreciated.

I dont think is problem of the phone :highfive:
It is, my friend, because S2 with stock ICS worked fine in that car with identical bluetooth module
Hi everyone, yesterday i bought an Elm 327 Mini bluethoot interface...after connecting it to the diagnostic port of my car my Galaxy S5 is not able to pair with it, i've tried with others phone like Galaxy Grand and Galaxy Duos and pairing had no problems. I've tried to hardreset my phone and tried another ROM but no luck.... Anyone has any suggestion? Sorry for my bad English, Thanks in advance.
What brand is the device? Can you even see the device when you search for Bluetooth devices on your phone?
I have one of those and it pairs fine with my phone, so it is likely you have a bad one. Considering they are so cheap and from China it is known that they are generally hit or miss for getting a working one.
Although it is strange why it would work on other phones maybe it is your roms of choice. I'm on stock and it has no problem.
So I looking around and it appears that the S5 is not mirrorlink capable in its current state (stock).
However when lollipop comes out its going to have built in mirrorlink support.
Anyone hear of this or can clarify this for me?
Mirror link is in the settings of lollipop on my s5

Without having the phone in front of me, I cannot see that. Can you please be a bit more specific about what you have and where you found it?

MirrorLink is supported now. You'll find it under "settings - connections - Connect and Share - MirrorLink".
I had my son look at his S5. It shows "screen mirroring". Is this Mirror Link? Or another software solution? You would think it would state "Mirror Link" if it was actually that software.
I was also talking to Samsung yesterday and they are saying the Lollipop push was due out already, but it should be coming any time now.

Mirrorlink is indeed on Galaxy S5 here in the uk but it wont connect with my pioneer headunit as it only supports mirrorlink 1.0 software and the S5 is 1.1 and pioneer cant or wont update the software to work with newer smartphones, it will work with an S3 but the mirroring is pretty basic tbh

It's on the S5 here in the states as well with the Lollipop upgrade. However, it doesn't work here either...at least not on a Pioneer Nex8000. It's time to start investigating other options outside Pioneer.
Mine dosn't work either. I have a VW headunit - Composition Media - and when I start MirrorLink only a black screen with a car connecting to a phone icon flashes and disappears. I'd like to debug the problem but can't connect my phone to the car and to my laptop simultaneously so I can read the logcat. How do I save the log to a file so I can read it later?
I got the operation of MirrorLink in Galaxy S5 , excuse the language , do not speak English , read-only.
