I just wanted to get the updates via OTA or kies.
Hotfile links of firmwares are very slow and non-resumable.

your product code shows (TTT) and it is for Trindad and Tobago.
product code must match with the firmware parts in order to update by Kies or OTA.
after flashing Indian firmware, do a data and cache wipe and see if product code is changed to INS (using kies)
if not, root your phone, change csc to INS by an application (csc changer.....) then flash the stock firmware.
now it must take the ota.

You need to flash TTT software. You need to dl from Internet. I'm on the same code. Yesterday 4.3 got out so try that better. You can flash on top with Odin. Won't lose data. But backup in case.
Same issue happened to me in the past.

Just to let you know I've connected to Kies and it's notified me there's an update available - PDA: KE1 / PHONE:KDJ / CSC:KD1 (XEU).
Not sure if this will get rid of root but am sure after we flash this new update if we flash the unsecure kernel, root and then reflash this latest kernel things should be ok.
Can anyone help in telling me where the downloaded update can be found and how to extract the zimage of the new kernel??
Can't try at the moment though as am getting ready for work
What are you on at the moment, Version wise? A UK firmware or another country version?
There is an update, im currently on UK generic firmware:
PDA:KDD, PHONE:KDH, CSC:KD1 (XEU)
The update is:
PDA:KE1, PHONE:KDJ, CSC:KD1 (XEU)
I am just starting the update through Kies. My phone is NEE and from Finland.
How to change sales code back to XEU, it got changed to SEK

Will wait to see if root is available.
updating now
Should you be automatically notified about new update, when connecting to Kies, or there is some "Firmware update" option in it (I can't find it anyway)?
I have currently the same firmware as kersey before his update, however Kies does not notify me about any new firmware (I have currently 33% of battery, don't think it's that smart to notice that and not give me the option to update?).
What about the Bootloaders, Maybe Locked??
Do you have to backup all your settings and applications? Or are they automatically restored after the upgrade?
Is there a change-log of way to find out what the changes are in this firmware?
This new firmware is the I9100XEKE1?
Looks like it, but with XEU CSC.
When can we expect odin package to be available?

In Kies it should automatically find the update. Its not until you download the update it will say battery too low. Charge now. So..yeh.

I connected my phone and clicked 'check for update' in Kies and then it informed me of the new firmware.
Same here with low battery (43%) so am going to fullly charge in work ready for this evening, which by then hopefully we'll know if it can be rooted and the kernel reflashed
I flashed the insecure kernel in order to root it. Is this going to be a problem updating through kies?
Thanks
@kersey you have the insecure kernel and kies gave you the update?
Loaded Kies earlier and it prompted for an update. Did so then hooked up my tab to check IF there were any updates.

I updated to the German JB ROM when it came out, then swapped back to the UK when it finally released. I didn't change CSC or anything else. I did use Chainfires Exynos Exploit app to root and fix the exploit then I fully unrooted prior to flashing the UK specific JB release. Running firmware update from the device throws back the usual device has most recent firmware installed.
My device is saying OFFICIAL, in the Status menu AND in the Recovey menu. Anyone else having similar trouble with Kies?
May be it has something to with exploit patch which has rewritten some of the system files and change the binary numbers as ota checks for that I suggest you do a clean install
Csc LL1 BGL isn't UK.
you'll need to change it to BTU using csc changer, (don't forget that will factory reset)

I noticed that yesterday after I posted this thread. I was under the impression you had to use an app to change the CSC on the 8010. Maybe my tab wasn't a UK tab after all lol.
The only thing I have ever done to the tab was install the exynos exploit fix, rooted, then unrooted and installed the german rom. Then I installed the UK rom when it was released. Never once did a factory reset or apply any CSC changes....
Yesterday I installed the exynos fix rom that Legion posted links to.
Its not causing any issues so far. Not had any region specific issues, but then I never had any before either.

Please someone help me with that issue
@kamikazededios Are you using an official or TW based rom? Try dirty flashing your current firmware straight over the top. I've had issues installing system apks and this was the only sure fire way to fix.
@sassy713 if you've tried reflashing it normally(in pda slot) and your still getting ext4 error chances are the firmware your trying to flash needs a pit file. I think the DBT (Germany) Rom was the main culprit. You may also have a 16gb HK model. If your on a 32gb N9005, Go here for 4.4.2 mirrors. Preferrably download one that doesn't need a pit file. Flash it in ODIN(1.85 recommended, run as admin) in pda slot and leave all the settings as they are.

Does it wipe my data ? I have RO(MANIA) CSC. Will it work?
Did not worked for me. Still on my Home CSC ... I flashed CSC not home_CSC
It's the same for me. SmartSwitch shows a DBT version although I flashed the CSC from SamFirm.
When I take a look at the CSC on the phone with *#1234# I can see the OXA CSC. I think that's wrong...?
What's wrong? Can u please help me?
Several people from different regions reported this guide and firmware works for them: http://www.theandroidsoul.com/download-galaxy-s7-edge-nougat-ota-update/
I am currently still downloading
If you're coming from DBT, you have to flash TPL/PRT/PLS before BTU!!! After this, it will work...
I am on BTU firmware but is rooted and modified. Can i flash this without loosing data? My status will be official after flashing it without loosing data?
