Haven't had the need for this until now, what's a good autostart app everyone likes? Or is there a way to add an app to autostart on boot up like in windows?
If your rooted, I find ES task manager is the best for startup . If you have no root then startup management doesn't actually really work so good.

the best app for real autostart-management is still:
"autostarts"
There isn't anything better on the market yet.
I use ROM toolbox as it has an awesome auto start manager. Also system tuner is a good one

Hi guys. I am new to Android world. I have a question. I've downloaded few games and apps however they are installed all over the APPS page. Is there a way to create a folder on desktop and dump all games in it for easy access?
Thank you...

App Organizer
Thanks. It worked
I never tried it but you could use better cut to change the icon. I think it is a paid app though.

I use SiMi Folder Widget. It's easy to use, looks great, and best of all it's free. You can use any custom icon you want for your folders.

Simi folder is what I use. Its as simple as click and drag.
Hmmm so I could use this for my ugly icons?

Is it possible to add a folder in the app menu to hide apps that I don't want my son to use while he is playing on my phone. I've tried the Audio Manager app but it locks up when I try to hide an app. My phone is rooted and I can get to the apps menu in file explore but I didn't want to add anything until I asked.

If you still have the stock froyo with mysense running, you can enable profiles in mymodes.

Any idea what the best way to stop this from afficting ICS is?
Using hosts file(/etc/hosts) with adblocking

I installed romtoolbox and created a shortcut to adetector. Running the shorcut loads the app and then you can disable airpush in any app. add blocking via hosts file does not block airpush.

if you're rooted, install AdAway from the market. It's free and automates ad blocking for you.

Hello,
I found this amazing launcher at Google play store that is really simple to use and actually different from all the other that you guys might be used to. It's called Smart Launcher. It organizes the app by category in order to open an app with a couple taps on the screen. Hope you enjoy

good launcher!
simple and clean
Actually I love it for being so simple to use and we don't have to kill ourselves in order to find the app that we want. The category app drawer is simply amazing.

u can use link2sd to freeze(disable) system apps easily.
No I mean like when you go to setting and select a system app then the gb has the unclickable unistall button but is there way to modify that to change into disable. Thanks anyways.
Sorry for bad english.
