Is anyone having trouble with signal strength. I have noticed that I drop signal a lot when others still have it. Is there a problem with the note 3 or just my phone.

Okay so I don't understand this. Every phone I try and different numbers and phone att always NEVER loads this website. Its like its block. Even when trying a Vpn on my phone iit won't load, when I tether my phone it won't load on my PC. BUT when on wifi it works fine!
