I have the actiontec Widi and it Works with my wife's s4 . But my note3 shows it is connecting but immediately Says "Unable to start Screen Mirroring because of a hardware issue" when the Actiontec Says Connecting to application.

Hi,
I have just installed splashtop 2 on my n7,
I have also installed the streamer on my pc.
I am using both devices on the same wifi network, and they are both accessing the Internet from the same router/modem.
But when I start the app on my tab, I get the error it shows in the below screen.
The someone please explain why this is happening

Is anyone able to get hotspot shield to work?. I can get it to work with my galaxy s4. But never with this android stick. This part won't show up.
