[QUESTION]many question for my galaxy y

i have many question to ask
1.why after installing kickass kernalizer i've got bootloop?
2.is dsp manager conflict with beataudio?
3.what's baseband of jelly blast rom?
4.i really want blazing hatred rom but the link is broken
5.custom rom for dxle1 and dxkl2

1. the script is incompatible/ conflicting with your current rom or kernel
2. yes, since the jar files are edited the DSP no longer works, but i have a fix, search for my threads,
3. i dont know, ask the dev
4. sorry but its no longer supported by the dev, and its really old, so i'd suggest getting the newer roms,
5. most updated roms are in the 1st page of the dev section, see it there

[Q] Similar ROM

I download ROM Porter from XDA and i want to try to port but i no idea which ROM i can use as PORT rom(BASE is cm10). Which phone has the same characteristics as lg p700 (l7)(cpu, resoluton etc). Help me?

It should be same resolution (or screen size not sure) and same processor architecture. L7 is armv7 so you should check those in that group. Just search google.for armv7 devices list. It should be the first result

recomned is same screen resolution,same manufacturer,same cpu.just look for a rom for lg with same resolution for port and dont forget,all rombugs in port or baserom are still there after porting.

how to change kernel version in galaxy y duos ?

i want to change my kernel version in my sgyd.
i want latest kernel version and importantly tested .
so please help me.
with video tutorial its better for me ...
in my phone super user and link2sd installed .

any one can help ....

asking for a 'best' of or 'bugless' something is against xda rules
please look in the dev section
all kernel features are listed on the op
to change kernel simple download it and follow the instructions on the op
in most cases its
go into cwm recovery
mount system
flash zip
restart
I would start by reading the following kernel threads

sorry if i break xda rule i don't know about it .
glaxy y duos kernal that you suggest its release on January and i want latest .
i try to read all thread so i can get latest one but its about 1500 .
can you give me direct link of latest kernal .

they all use the same samsung stock source code for custom kernels so there isnt really a latest as such - the thread date is just the date that custom kernel was built/uploaded
if you want the latest stock build of kernel flash the latest stock rom firmware for your region via odin - search sammfirware for firmware but you will need to use splitfus2 to split it to flash via odin
however custom kernels have more features such as ext4 support and more freqencies/govs - all these are listed on the op of the kernel thread
I use a kernel (not for duos) that was built ages ago but it works and does what I want so why change

i want change kernel because some game i can't play in my phone .my brother has micromax 2.3.6 but kernel version is different all he can play in his phone like candycrush .
this kernel can apply on ddmf4 ?

1.Don't compare Micromax from SGY.They both have different hardware specs.

dont think you quite understand what a kernel is/does - changing your kernel wont make games play any better to the extent you can play hd games
you cant play candy crush on galaxy y because it requires an armv7 processor as do most games with hd graphics - galaxy y is armv6
If you want to play games the only option is to get a better phone

a kernel wont make your phone look any better - its for battery performance and smoothness and running of the rom - visually there is no difference
I think you have a kernel confused with something else
if you want to change how the phone looks - eg different status bar and icons and so on you want to flash a custom rom

its a rom and a custom kernel - if you like the look of it and it has features you require then use it by following the instruction on the op
it will not however allow you to play candy crush if thats what you are hoping for as iv already said the galaxy y is only armv6 and you need an armv7 processor

should do although you might want to update your stock firmware first or use the one the rom is based on - see op of rom thread for details
the only way to know it to try it

follow the instruction and it will work
any problems flash stock rom via odin

guys..u save every android from it's problem
plz enable otg supporet in GRAND 2.
i can't connect pendrive to it,

OTG is in the framework of romand in kernel source code.
may be kernel developer integrate it in his kernels but what about framework support???
i dont think anyone has that much time and knowledge to hack a framework from other samsung roms and integrate in stock roms.
although as far as i know cm based roms have otg support in their code framework.
and right now no cm or kernel supporting OTG is present for our device.

LogCat Music Player from SM-G5308W

Guys i tried to port the Music Player from SM-G5308W LINK TO THE FORUM and i can't, this is my logcat, i hope anyone could help me, I really want port this to the Galaxy Core 2, but i don't have success, so if anyone can help me, or better, if anyone can port it, it would be great !

Hello, i check your logcat, and in your device are missing some libs, i grab the libs and framework files, if you want to use them remember put them in their respective folders and set the permissions libs
