i9500 ROM recommendation needed please

Hi All
Im looking for a 4.3 base rom that is Knox free and is as close as possible to stock.
This is for i9500 international version.
Any ideas?

+1 for omega, and wanam also is excellent and u can always remove knox from the zip before u flash any of the 2
for me i'm on phoenix rom its very good but not the closest to stock as it got some nice note 3 features/look

Just curious, how is those custom rom and custom kernel performance compared to stock one? Better?
How about the heat when gaming?

I have tried the Omega but for some reason the battery drained quicker than my 4.2.2 stock.
So I returned to the 4.2.2.
I will try the Wanam if it is Knox free.

on my wife's s4 i9505 after 4.4.2 update to wifi screen its lag.
the screen freezes all the time???
I did a factory return all worked properly for 4 days and then the problem returned
please do that I'm stuck.
the phone has no micro sd.
phone without root.

sorry write 4.2.2! that's 4.4.2.

I guess you mean the 4.4.2 update. Maybe it helps if you flash an other firmware via odin from your pc with an other firmware.

You wont be able to get back. But you can flash all newer firmware via Odin. http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
There you can find the newest firmwares for your device.

My boss complained his S4 lagged as well after installing 4.4.2 update. It's funny considering 4.4.2 is a very optimized OS.

i am on stock 4.3 can i update to 4.4 using odin without increasing knox flag?

Yes. Flash the firmware, modem and bootloader and you are good to go

no knox problem and i have just official pda from sammobile

Knox will NOT be tripped because you are flashing an official signed software from samsung yeah pda shiuld be enough. If you have problems then search and flash the matching modem twice

Im selling my S4 GT-i505 and they dont want anything else but the stock rom back on it so ive been looking all over for the stock rom and cant find it, my phone is all ready for the stock rom to be flashed I just need a little help pointing to the rom

From 5.0 to 4.3?

Can i downgrade from 5.0 to 4.3? From 5.0 to 4.4 is not a problem but i need 4.3. I have the Note 3 9005.

My N9005 was on 5.0. and somehow with Odin 3.09 i could flash N9005VJUBMI7 which supposedly is a 4.3 Stock ROM. Odin said successful but phone never booted up. No power key / download keys/ recovery keys/ usb/ charger/ led response. Totally bricked :crying:
I'm not sure how Odin allowed to flash.
Trying to awake the Note3 since yesterday using microSD card method, but, no luck so far..
You still want to downgrade to 4.3? :laugh: Good luck

maesiva --- you can go to KK (4.4) ... just try flashing stock from sammy mobile. If it doesn't work, flash stock 5 (not a modified rom, but stock).
PS - should be able to do by Odin.
