16gb model in UK play. Com : fake or mistake? - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

On play. Com there is a note 3 sold through a third party company and it lists as q6gb but AFAIK there is no 16gb model, fits anyone know if this is a mistake in their listing or if it is a fake clone model?
Thanks

HK Note still on 4.1.2

Hmm. Samsung just put out a firmware update for the Hong Kong Note 8 5120, and it is pretty disappointing to see it is still on 4.1.2 when other regions have moved to 4.2.2. Anyone have any clue why this should be?

[Q] International GT-19505 Android 4.3 Update file

Hi all.
I currently have an international (Australia) Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-19505 running on:
4.2.2
Baseband: I9505XXUMBG4
Build: JDQ39.I9505XXUBMG4
Kernal: 3.4.0-1029328
Apparently, for my network carrier (optus), the Jellybean 4.3 update isn't being released until January sometime. Me, being the impatient kind, would like it now.
Would I9505XXUEMK8 be suitable for my optus handset? Does anyone here have the file on hand which is suitable for my S4?
Thanks heaps

I dont recommend flash new firmware coz ur brand still without updates for android 4.3. Always is better wait. But if ur impatient and u wanna try HERE is the latest version android 4.3 for Australia Unbranded. But Im not responsible if ur phone lose signal or bootloop or the world war. Tc about this :fingers-crossed:
EDIT: In Optus webpage they tell u will receive Android 4.3 at early to Mid January
I'm using the unbranded aus firmware with no issues at and it works well with optus and telstra

[Q] Does the KitKat 4.4.2 update for the Note 3 SM-N9005 restricted to regions ?

Hi all,
I have the Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005, currenty running android 4.3, and I am waiting eagerly for the KitKat 4.4.2 update, but I'm afraid that because this specific model is not officialy sold im my country (Israel) and I bought it from abroad, that maybe the KitKat update will not reach my phone here in Israel.
Can someone please tell me if the official Samsung KitKat 4.4.2 update for this model (SM-N9005) is not region restricted, e.g. it has nothing to do with regions, and my phone will be updates via kies anyway ?

You Note will update from the Region that it was bought from, via OTA -- So if you got it from say, Germany, you'll receive German OTA update when it rolls out, same for X Y Z country.
I just did this and flashed the mexican CSC and locked my phone. I think if you keep the right CSC you'll be fine
Thanks

[Q] I need firmware Kitkat 4.4.2

For a Galaxy Note 3 LTE N9005XXUDMJ7.
Were can I find it? On Sammobile I find nothing for that number in combination with kitkat 4.4.2. Please help me.
I have a Bosnia and Herzegovina Note 3.
Will a firmware 4.4 from Slovakia (or Uzbekistan, Papoea New Guinea, or ...) work? As long it isn't branded? Or do I have to stick to N9005XXUDMJ7??

why do u need that 4.3 JB?
flashing other region shld be no problem as long as same device.
e.g: n9005 must take n9005.
however u have to avoid hongkong and Taiwan firmware.

[Q] FIrmware versions for SM-N910G

Hello guys. I usually find the answers I'm looking for digging through the posts here, so no need for me to post. and I'm not a pro at all so most of the times I can't help around. First, if my thread is on the wrong place then I kind ask the moderator to please send it to the right place. and I apologize for that. Now let's go to the question itself:
I currently own a SM-N910G (note 4 4G+) that I bought in hong kong. when I arrived home, I realized that my Device Status was Custom. (I forgot to save the firmware version it came shipped with) when I entered the recovery mode I also realized that a custom recovery was installed. so I flashed the firmware back to stock using rom Singapore 4.4.4 N910GDTU1ANK3 N910GOLB1ANK3。 the problem is that before I flash the firmware, the phone had the Samsung Chinese IME keyboard on it and after I flashed, I lost it. So, now what I want to do is flash another firmware that has the Samsung Chinese IME. I found some firmwares on sammobile for my phone model
2014-12-01 Unknown 4.4.4 N910GDTU1ANK3 N910GODD1ANK3 YES
2014-11-01 Singapore 4.4.4 N910GDTU1ANK3 N910GOLB1ANK3 YES this is the one I currently have installed now.
2014-11-01 Singapore (StarHub) 4.4.4 N910GDTU1ANK3 N910GOLB1ANK3 YES
2014-11-01 Singapore (SingTel) 4.4.4 N910GDTU1ANK3 N910GOLB1ANK3 YES
2014-11-01 Singapore 4.4.4 N910GDTU1ANK3 N910GOLB1ANK3
So, I have 2 questions:
1) Is this unknown firmware from asia? if so, does anybody knows if it comes with the Samsung Chinese IME on it?
2) From these firmwares, does anyone knows which one comes with the Samsung Chinese IME?
what I'm trying to do is to flash a singaporean version of the firmware with the Samsung Chinese IME. I already tried downloading the app itself, but it always crashes when I start it.
Rooting the device is not an option, I want to keep it all stock.
Sorry if the post is a little bit long, I'm new on this thing, and I try to explain it as clear as possible.
thanks in advance.
From what i know there is no version of the 910G that defaults with the Samsung Chinese IME keyboard? Maybe its from one of the carrier specific roms out of Singapore?
