Helping a friend with his evo 4g and trying to go from cyanogen to EOD, doing full wipe, for some reason it's not fully wiping and leaving cyanogen on there. When booting the cyanogen splash comes up and the colors change, upon boot it shows crazy text. Does anyone have any insight into this? Thanks
Btw using clock work 3.0.0.5 with rom manager.
Tried flashing Amon's recovery and wiping / flashing from there? Can do so within ROM Manager.

Yeah that too. Exhaust all options!
Full wipe and flash a format all for good measure.

Is there got any issues pop up after rooting? I'll ask is because note 3 is different with other devices, it has knox, the most annoying part.

Only issue is knox counter on 9005. No such issues on n900.

Suggest you read the root de la vega thread on original android development section, I thinks root is successful with knox counter intact.

See the thread about mj7 in Verizon Note 3 General forum. Some users were able to update to MJ7 and retain root using SuperSU pro, but YMMV.
