All in one place - Country, State, Users - who succeeded reviving their bricked GNote

Please tell me what you guys think, this is just an idea...
What?
This is a thread specifically created to help users with superbrick issues after wiping their devices while in ICS (ICS Kernel) to find and maybe contact users in their same countries that can help others reviving their Note.
Why?
I haven't come into this problem yet, but if I were, I would like to see a thread like this mainly because the guide requires some technical knowledge that not every user has.
Users willing to help (asking donation or not, I don't really care...) may even help via PM or telephone in your own native language.
How?

Basically I will update the OP with the information you Galaxy Note users provide in this thread (All in one place Country State Users who succeeded reviving their bricked Galaxy Note), specifically if you SUCCEEDED (S) or FAILED (F) using forest1971 and uggies help and guide to revive your bricked Galaxy Note. Hope they don't mind using their great thread as input for this one. I will list:
Country
State
and then the users whether they succeeded or failed reviving their Note

if you don't have this device can you tell or ask to borrow a JTAG device which can create a new debrick image without the physical phone for me please i dont have JTAG in my country and the shipping is too expensive.

I'm searching stable costum Rom for my note 3(China/WCDMA) 16gb

Hello I found this 2 costums roms on xda forum and I don't no if there are compatible whit my phone. I'm using note 3 Chinese variant (CHNINA / WCDMA) and I think that the phone doesn't support 4g and it is 16gb when other models are 32 gb .so I need an expert opinion if I can install these rom on my note 3 thank. Now the principal problem is the installation of the rom it is a problem because I am a beginner on this domain so I ask you to guide me step by step I know that you are very occupied on this forum but if you don't help me I don't no what I will do.
