how difficult is it to pport OMNI rom to an allwinner A31 device? There is allready a AOSP build but no developer to port the new OMNI rom.

It has a Kernel version 3.4.5 and many fully working ROMs based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. If possible, are there any built for a Mediatek MT6582 chipset? i need help to port my phone with chipset MT6592M
and i want get lollipop for it like cm 12.1 but it's not compatible with my chipset any help or any way to use it with out any bugs or error??
