Lock screen apps

How do we change which apps are on the lock screen. I cannot find the settings anywhere.
I want to add Gmail to there since that is the main notification that lights up.

Right there in settings where ud think it would be.... I understand though, sometimes we just overlook something no matter how long we search for it...

Shortcuts, right under wallpaper in settings/lockscreen. U must have swipe to unlock, as unlock type to get these options I think...

I was having force close issues in the contacts application related to adroid.process.acore
It was from uninstalling stock calendar pieces.

Can't find a thread on this. Online video lag?

Whenever I go online and watch something like an mp4 video on a site the video plays but it is very jittery. Anyone else notice this?

Well I definitely know that's not the issue because I do the fairly often and flash new toms especially with quick development of new ones. It's frustrating that this beast of a phone struggles with something my first smartphone ever, DROID incredible, could do.

Question?

Do I need to root my D800 to be to change my themes like you can on the other carriers version of this phone? I had the sprint variant of this phone and had to go to AT&T due to signal issues. Stupid how AT&T conveniently left this feature out. And still let you manually change individual icons. All except the app drawer.
Anyways. Is there anything I can do to get this feature on my device.?

Yes you would need to root to gain the theme chooser ability on the d800
