Welcome to XDA! Best way and stay stock is to use an alternate launcher...search Play for Nova and Apex Launchers.

Yeah, you can do that on Nova Launcher, long tap an icon on your home screen, tap edit, and click the icon and choose from anywhere

Yes.So far so good.Very smooth

Sorry for the noob question, I'm waiting to get my note 3. The air command from the stylus is not launcher related right? If i change launcher they are still there?

No it's not related to Launcher. Will work with Nova as well as any other Launcher.

I don't think you can on the stock LG launcher. Check out a launcher like Nova or Apex which will have a lot more customization. Running Nova Prime on mine
