[Q] Emoji/Emoticons/Smileys - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone! I noticed on my Note 3 from AT&T that on its Galaxy keyboard have smileys similar to iphone's emojis. Works perfect on Instagram and facebook but when I want to include it into a text message, it automatically turns my message into "MMS" and even when I sent it, they don't receive any emoji mms from me. Does anyone knows how to fix this? not to turn it into mms but as regular text message? Thank you in advance!

[Q] Issues with MMS

Hello....I recently bought a new Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4
I am having an issue where when I am sending pictures with text underneath and the people receiving them receive the picture but the text has a play button versus just the text. When they send me pictures with text underneath it doesn't show a play button. I even had someone with another S4 send me a picture with text and it doesn't show a play button on mine.
There must be a way to change this so people receiving my messages don't have to push play but should just be able to read the text.
Please Help!
Are you using the stock app?

[Q] Messages in Call logs

I have recently bought Galaxy S5 and have Lollipop. I don't know if its the phone or the software that is causing the trouble.
Basically when i go to call logs, it also gives me log of text messages which is fine by me, but the problem is you can actually see what was written on the text. Is there a way to disable that feature, i don't mind mind having a log of text messages but to display the text that is annoying.
Anyone knows how to disable that?

Disable convert SMS in MMS

Hello,
I would like to know how I can disable the automatic conversion sms in mms from the stock application without root?
1. Unless you're messaging a group, SMS won't be converted to MMS.
2. The default Messages app also supports RCS on most networks (e.g. on my Vodafone HU model, it received and displayed RCS messages with ease), so that might also be happening in your case.
Any ideas how to disable this SMS to MMS?
Even longer message to only one person results in conversion to MMS. I want to disabe this whout root. Thank you for any tips.
My problem is SMS messages to one recipient always automatically to MMS. All the others go normally. I'd like to stop this one from converting as I usually don't have data on and don't wont to turn it on only to send one message. I'm using the S8 with the Samsung messaging app.
i have the same problem, when my text exceeds the 3 sms it automatically converts to mms.. I know someone with the samsung J5 and on this phone it doesn't converts..
I would of thought it would be possible on the S8, but i can't seem to find any settings for this.
Is there any way to stop the conversion to mms?
If I remember correctly, than Samsung devices with 6.0 or older allowed you to write 10 SMS, before it converts to MMS. With 7.0 and newer it allows only 3. It's very annoying for me, because when I type in my language, with specialized characters, one SMS is about 60 symbols. It's very, very frickin annoying.
There use to be an Xposed module for this, but it doesn't work on Samsung's with 7.0+.
Any fix for this?
yes a fix would be great even with root. because sms is free mms is not!
