I am pounding my heading against the wall here, please help.......
I can sideload any other apk except googleserviceframework. Each time I try it says application not installed. I tried downloading other versions and always get the same error.
I am rooted and can see the superuser app, I dont have any other ideas here......please help!

No I didn't. I was unaware I needed to do that. Can you explain how to change the permission to 644? Thanks in advance!!

When I click option 3 in xUltimate, it comes up with a fatal exception that seems to occur with every odex file I have. How do I deodex now? (Custom ROMs fail on my phone, accelerometer out by 90 degrees)

Seems like you have a region locked phone. Please post the fatal exception here so that we can help you out.
