Hi
I'm just curious whether smartwatches such as the galaxy gear or the pebble can work in conjunction with bluetooth earphones such as the Jaybird Bluebuds X?

So I'm looking at 2 wireless headsets to use with my tablet. No clue if it's even possible, but that's why I'm asking you guys.
The first link is to the official ps3 wireless over the ear headset.

Second link is to the Sony 900mhz over the ear wireless headset.

Blue tooth isn't supported on either one. The Ps3 set has a mic and is strictly usb
The Sony set has no mic and uses a stereo jack.

The PS3 one would probably need specific drivers and the USB transmitter would need to be plugged into an OTG cable attached to the tablet. Specific drivers probably rule that one out. The Sony one that has a stereo plug would work if you used a Bluetooth Stereo adapter http://www.amazon.com/Jabra-CLIPPER-Bluetooth-Stereo-Headset/dp/B0040X33SE/ref=pd_cp_cps_1 Samsung, Sony, Motorola, etc make similar devices. You wear the bluetooth adapter and plug your headphones into the adapter. I use a Motorola Soundpilot and Bose headset they work quite well within the limitations of BT for music and games.
I got this last week. So far so good.

Hi,
I paired my Samsung Galaxy S4 9505 (4.2.2 Omega MF8) with the HTC A100 Car Audio (firmware is 2.4b) but as many have reported no sound is being transmitted although you can hear a slight fuzzy noize as soon as music is starting to play on the phone.
I paired the device with an Iphone 4 and it works, but apparently the iPhone does not support apt-x so my thought was that whole reason why the HTC Car Stereo does not work is apt-x.
1. Can anyone else confirm that the Samsung Galaxy S4 9505 does not work on the HTC Car Stereo?
2. Is there any method to activate/test apt-x on the S4?
3. Can the HTC Car Stereo device be partially broken (only the apt-x function)?
thanks
any clues?
Nobody can confirm?

Ebay has a few but most of them require a separate power source as they do not come with a built-in battery. You're better off finding Bluetooth Headphones as it will be a less of a hassle and you wouldn't have to go around searching for a receiver.
There's Sony SBH50, Sony SBH52, Sony SBH20 and the oldest one out of the series Sony MW600. All of them have interchangable headphones, with a normal 3.5 Jack, so you can plug in any headphones you want. I used the Sony MW600 for a day after I've bought it, but I lost it, because I had it just dangling on my chest and I wasn't listening to music when it fell off, so I never found it. So strap the wireless receiver well to the headphones! :highfive:
Is anyone else having problems with the audio quality over Bluetooth?
I have a pair of JBL Reflect Response headphones and a Logitech X300 speaker, and both sound AWFUL on my Huawei P Smart. The sound is stuttering, crackling and hollow, like listeting to some very cheap headphones. But when testing the same devices with a Moto G4 Plus, a Sony Xperia XA1 Plus and a Dell Laptop, both sound excellent! I don't know if it's just my phone and if it's faulty, or if it's a Huawei general problem. This only happens on bluetooth, wired headphones sound great.
Do you have a problem like this?

Did you turn off the WiFi and try it out?
EKIY/Oknavi tels me that pairing and using bluetooth earbuds is not supported. I hope something is getting lost in translation as I think it it's such a basic feature. Is anyone using earbuds for microphone or even headphones when playing games or watching movies?
