Hi ,on alibaba.com ,I see some 256gb micro s.d .
Are we sure are not a fake?
I woul'd like to use it with my samsung s4 i9500 for storage purpose.
Can you help me?
P.S: i think the s4 can read it ,or limited to 64gb on s.d. ?

P.S: s4 support more than 64gb ,try via usb ota ,it works,and maybealso in the S.D. but i'have not the opportunity to test.we need a cable from micro sd to sdxc,and try.

But there like 500$ and don't buy micro sd from alibaba there all fake.

48$ each one ...we can try.....a friend of mine buy a lot of micro sd. from alibaba ...no problem at all,but 64gb max.
the problem is for 256gb.

No there are NO 256GB MICRO SD. SPECIALLY NOT FROM CHINA OR ALIBABA.
128 GB IS MAX FOR NOW
AND 256GB FOR 50$ IS A FREAKIN FAKE.

SanDisk will apparently releasing a 128GB microSDXC card some time in 2014, which will be expensive initially like 64GB cards were when they were first released (you can pick these up for 1/3rd the cost now). Don't hold your breath waiting for a 256GB microSDXC card, could be a couple of yrs if recent history is any guide (timeframe between release of 32/64/128GB versions).

Kingston and Sandisk are my ultimate choices when it comes to memory cards. I've never had problems so far with those.

$43 for amazon for me The manual states that 64gb is supported, so it shouldn't be surprising really that it works. The internal chip is a bi faster writing at about 17mb/sec whereas the Sandisk writes at about 10. Plenty for media storage

Please take note that sandisk has a lot of imitation cards out there. Some of the imitation looks more like original than the original in terms of packaging quality. I anyways buy from shops only and verify its original by going to their website on the spot and checking out the look out signs for fake. Also use the card with a adapter on pc/laptop and check it with CrystalDiskMark. If speeds are not even closer to those which should be, you've got a fake one.
