If I were you, I would download a different messaging app. There are quite a few that people love so I don't have a recommendation but there there will surely be several that can do what you want and more.

While in an actual message thread, do the pinch to zoom motion and the bubbles with increase or decrease depending on which way you are pinching. Hope that makes sense .

[Q] Increase email font size?

Does anyone know how to increase the font size in the stock email app? My emails go out with a very small font size, probably no more than 8 points. I cannot find a setting to increase the size, nor any information on the web about this. I have used the stock email app on HTC phones for years, but never had problems like this. Thanks in advance for any help.
When on the create an email screen there is a button at the top that has a black capitol T and lower case t. Just click on that.

Look at the top icon bar that appears when you get to the body of the message. There is an icon with 2 T's. Thats it.

Thanks so much for the help, and I apologize for not noticing that prior to this. Now I am just hopeful that the change sticks. Thanks again.
Increase Default font size?
This group was so helpful before, so I am turning to you once again.
Thanks to the prior responses, I now know how to increase the font size on individual messages through the two Ts on the top bar. What I would really like to do, however, is increase the default font size from Times New Roman 10 to Times New Roman 10. Also i would like to change the default type set to Georgia. Both of these changes would avoid the necessity of me remembering to manually adjust the font size on each of the dozens of business emails that I send out each day.
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the default type size or font in the stock Email program?
Thanks in advance for thee help!

Nope, never have resolved this one flaw in an otherwise superb phone. The same problem exists with my GPad, so I switched to either Aquamail or the native Android email program to avoid this font problem in the LG email program.

I think your options are limited to AOSP roms. That being said there are lots of roms to choose from with a built in black dialer. Only stock based roms have white AFAIK.
I stick with stock because I really like the white.
This looks like a good stock based black dialer rom...

I wish to have a black dialer and a black contact app too.
LG's Flex phone has it (for the dialer i'm sure, for the contact app, not sure).
It also have black settings.
So a good solution is to flash a flex rom (CloudyFlex 1.4, AEONFLEX v3.0.2, etc..), but some people reported bad audios functions (not a high-fidelity sound as the g2, and crappy call quality).
So perhaps the solution is to adapt the Flex apps to the G2.
But how ?...
If someone could help !
My suggestion: flash a FLEX based rom
I'm using cloudyflex and loving it's black based UI
good luck

Hello guys i recently installed CM 12 passed from my beloved Optimus G3, anyway i wonder if it's possible to auto hide the softkeys and make them smaller, also if there is any way to get more icons in the drawer ( increase/ decrease DPI i think?) those thinks are huge!
- Also if you guys can give me some advice on what to install next, i don't like CM, will there be a lolipop version of Optimus/Cloudy G3?

Download a custom launcher from the playstore like Nova or Apex. You'll be able to set your drawer and home screen grid size accordingly. Changing your dpi within your build.prop wont actually give you more space to put icons, it just scales the graphics.
Just install CloudyG2 2.2 or CloudyStock and you'll never use another ROM again . You'll see a lot more lollipop development once all the G2 models receive the OTA update.
Thanks, for the info , do you also happen to know if there is a way to hide the softkeys, i don't think its possible to use g2/g3 tweakbox on CM right?

Not to my knowledge, CM12 is still unofficial for the G2 and doesn't contain the expanded desktop mode feature just yet like CM11 does. I say just stick with KK ROMs until Android 5 becomes stable and feature packed (aka wait a few months).

It does? Beautiful! Glad to have helped. Remember, you can tweak expanded desktop mode even more by choosing to only hide the status bar, nav bar or both.

[q] galaxy note 4 help

I need to find out how I can change my pictures on my note 4 back to the original size. My daughter had my phone and did something to my gallery to where every picture is super small until you click on it. I tried looking through the settings but I found no option to resize it back to the original.

Are you using the stock gallery app and having this issue on? How many pictures are shown on each line and column can you post a screenshot with your issue? Maybe if you are rooted she mistakenly changed the DPI of the phone or maybe she changed the gallery app DPI with the "app settings" apk via xposed... If you're on KitKat that is....

Pinch in while in the gallery to make them smaller and pinch out while in the gallery to make them bigger.
